We liked everything and this is probably our favourite stay in Vietnam. Owner was fantastic and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and have a good experience. Hotel is clean and modern, as for now even expanding but we got upgraded to another room so we wouldn’t be disturbed by the construction work. Breakfast was splendid and served fresh, there are bicycles and motorbikes for rent. There’s laundry service and the owner will even help you with bus and surely any other activities you want to do. It’s close to the buzz of Tam Coc but still outside so you’ll have a peaceful stay.

Nothing, just wish we had stayed longer

The room we booked was huge! Well worth the money we paid. The lady who runs the hotel is very friendly and super attentive... she gave us 2 packets of oreos for our bus onwards! We were able to hire a scooter for a reasonable price from the hotel which made getting around very easy. There is a nice coffee shop next door and 5 min on a scooter to Tam Coc centre for restaurants/boat trip etc. The room was also clean and comfortable.

The only complaint we have (which is quite a big one) and unfortunately isn't of fault to the hotel... but there was a wedding venue a few doors down which was extremely loud the entire duration of our stay... there was karaoke happening from 6am each morning and until around 11pm each night, which was so loud, it sounded as if it was happening right outside the door to our room. This made the peaceful hotel very noisy and really dampened our stay.

The staff were so lovely to us! The lady working there was so so kind and very helpful! She helped us out with booking a bus to our next destination which picked us up from the hotel. We were also able to rent a motorbike from the hotel for 100k a day. The rooms were really big, modern, spacious, and clean. The pool was really nice, unfortunately the weather was a little too cold for us to get in! Overall, this hotel is great value for money and I’d definitely recommend staying here!

It was about a 10 minute walk to the Main Street in Tam Coc. We enjoyed the walk but might be something to consider!

lovely hotel, nice and quiet so we could rest after the ha giang loop. Breakfast was lovely, we also had dinner the first night we arrived which was delicious and very reasonably priced. Plenty of hot water for showers and the ac works great. The owner is lovely and shes super helpful. We rented motorbikes and booked a bus through her. The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from the main area of tam coc which was fine for us, also theres a western restaurant called chookies nearby (a must try).

only thing is that we couldn’t get our tv to work but the wifi was good so we just used our phones for netflix.

we couldn't praise this hotel enough! our best stay in Vietnam, hands down! Thuy was a lovely host, super helpful and good prices for bus, massage etc etc. she made us fresh delicious breakfast in the morning. it's one amazing woman running the show. We had a lush deluxe room with views looking over the mountains. clean, modern and comfortable bed with an amazing sunset from your bedroom 😍 Easy motorbike rental to explore whole ninh Binh/tam coc. 10 out of 10, what a gem 💎 this woman deserves your business.

If we are being picky The bikes we hired were functional but could do with a bit more servicing / cleaning - the breakes were not all working The pool could have done with a clean

Owner was lovely and so accommodating, sorted our bus to ha long bay, and sat with us before the bus to talk and gave us free bottled water when we left. Also got up very early to prepare us breakfast which we didn't expect, so nice. Bike rental was great as it's in a good location for using bikes Food was quite nice for breakfast Room is really modern and nice Location is very good Swimming pool available but we didn't use it

The bed was very hard, which is a personal preference but for us it wasnt great Wifi was very slow

the hotel definitely looked new and clean. however I booked a room with a view (but with 2 beds instead of 1 by accident) and when I asked for 1 bed on arrival, they gave us a room without view. if I had known, I would have just taken the 2 bed. it wasn’t a big deal to be honest. the owner was still very nice so I didn’t bother to say anything. we were also able to rent a motorbike and learned how to ride it for the first time there. I would still recommend! just shaved off two stars for a room with essentially no view and flickering lights that needed to be fixed. but don’t let that stop you. the location was amazing and we were close to everything!

The hotel has the best rooms. They are so big and are wrapped around a wonderful super clean pool. The atmosphere and shared spaces are amazing. The owner is super helpful and could not have done more to ensure our stay was exceptional. From hiring motorbikes, recommending tours to even accompanying my wife to a doctors visit to assist in translation. We are truly grateful. This is a gem in tam coc and i have no hesitation in recommending

Everything is perfect

The location to Tam hoc centre is an easy walk and near some good restaurants, the other end of town is more rowdy so we liked that. The lady/manager was amazing, she’s very friendly cheerful and kind and could not do enough for us! She helped us with tours and buses etc. The breakfast is great and you get to chose each day! The swimming pool was lovely and refreshing, room was spacious and clean and felt crisp! Highly recommend!
