The staff is exceptional here. Annie interacted with us alot and made sure all our needs were met. The property and rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The giftshop is a wonderful touch selling local embroidered scarfs, silk clothing, and other souvenirs. The male massage therapist gave me a great 90 minute bamboo massage. I really liked the coffee served during breakfast, and they let me know the brand. The location is also close by to all the attractions, Tam Coc, Bich Dong, Thung Nham, Hang Mua. I can’t wait to come back to this property because of the staff treating us like family!

The hotel is in a great location close to the centre of the small town. There was a great coffee shop, craft beer garden and Banh Mi shop really close to the hotel and the rest of town was only a 5-minute walk away. The suite was huge and the pool was big too.

The hotel has a slightly strange vibe. It feels a little run down in parts. The masseurs in the spa seemed inexperienced. The garden felt a bit tired and doesn't have the sun loungers and swing you see in the pictures. The hotel does have charm, was clean, and is in a great location.

Everything was exceptional, staffs are so nice and helpful, they even ask us for things that we are about to ask, the interior design of the hotel is stunning that catches me at first sight, charming hand embroidery pictures and cozy atmosphere. I even take home 6 hand- embroidered pictures and cute stuffs in the souvenir shop. Rooms are so clean and spacious which has a amazing mountain view. Breakfast is served with plenty of fresh and yummy dishes.

I just wish to have more snacks there on the table

Nice staff, always smile and helpful. Room was as in photos. I like their table, very convenient for me to keep all stuff. The bed was perfect. Food was nice. Plenty of options for breakfast. Room service food was excellent. View was nice. Restaurants were well designed and clean.

TV was a bit small, as the room was huge. There was no ironing facility in room, but as soon as we requested, they brought in straight away for us. The price in the menu was not included the tax and service charge which were a bit annoying as I had to think how much the food actually cost. A bit far from city centre.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff

We had dinner at the hotel as it was included in the booking. If we knew it was going to be a non-Vietnamese set menu, we would have gone into town for dinner. All our meals - from street food to restaurants were amazing throughout our 3-week Vietnamese holiday. This was the only disappointing meal.

Familyroom is great (2 connected rooms) on the 8th floor with view on the mountains. Large swimmingpool is nog advantage with kids. Also roofed terras, for when there is a rain shower. Breakfast was great. Service was amazing. Thank you Annie Nguyen.

There was a party of a supermarket from 6pm till 10pm. Very load music, but a 10pm music was immediately off. So for us not a big problem

Clean, comfortable, fantastic outdoor pool, good breakfast included. Day spa offered the best massage I’ve ever had!! Beautiful surrounds. Felt very safe. Family joined rooms large for 5 people. Beds comfy. Chookies beer garden across the road amazing food and fantastic cocktails

Aircon bad in rooms. Asked for a fan in the for the second night, which was much better

The staff, especially Annie, who went out of her way to help us with transportation and in answering any questions that we may have had. She was so gracious and warm, an amazing ambassador for the hotel.

Excellent service from the front desk staff, who helped to arrange for our transportation, they were very efficient and meticulous to our needs. The restaurant staff were also all smiles during breakfast and dinner service. We felt right at home throughout our stay, overall a very enjoyable experience for our entire family.

Friendly and professional staff everywhere: reception, outdoor bar, breakfast area, everyone was amazing and they allowed us to checkin in advance! Clean room, good breakfast, bicycles for free, wine list with a lot of choice. A dinner included as a gift for us. Definitely high level of service.
