Camia resort is set in the most beautiful location. Fabulous views of the sea. Very comfortable rooms and great service. Mrs Hue, the customer relations manager was so helpful.

Very little. Only two slight niggles. Camia is fairly remote which is lovely but a shuttle service into town would have bern good. Other hotels offer it. Also the breakfast was good but more fresh fruit should have been available. The main restaurant menu was almost too westernised but breakfast was not Westernised enough. !

Camia Resort was a perfect place for us during our 1-week honeymoon! It was our first time in Phu Quoc and a great time even though we came during the rainy season. Honestly, for those families and couples that just like to relax - Camia is a great value choice to book. We barely left the resort but still had a good time. The resort was still beautiful even during some grey and rainy days. Our days consisted of basically waking up, having coffee, and having an excellent breakfast (which changes day-to-day) then heading to the spa, swimming, or just walking around the resort. Then in the evening, eating at the beach-side restaurant was always a pleasant time. Surprisingly, although we were surrounded by nature and water, there were very few mosquitos and bugs. The room was clean and comfy and the AC worked well. The staff were all very professional, hardworking, and friendly. Most could speak English very well even though I can understand and speak a decent amount of Vietnamese. I want to compliment the young staff at the restaurant for being very attentive to the guests. In terms of the food, I couldn't complain. I am Vietnamese and the food there exceeded my expectations. I am very sensitive to the cleanliness of food and Camia's breakfast was fresh, clean, and very appetizing each morning (Camia is the only place so far that I have woken up early *every day* to eat breakfast). It has a decent selection - not overly large but the ones they have, are done well.

While I don't have many things to criticize, maybe some events or more activities once or twice a week for the guests at the resort itself could be interesting! Additionally, having maybe one or two more Vietnamese dishes in the morning would be great!

Lovely resort set out in beautiful gardens. Nice pool and restaurant on the beach

It is quite isolated. There was a small town 5 mins away on motorbike but as low season not much was open. The resort meals were nice but a little on the expensive side and not much choice of Vietnamese food on the menu.

We could not imagine a better stay <3. The resort staff were extremely nice and pro-actively making your experience better every day. The resort area was gorgeous, filled by diverse flowers and many trees. The entire area was kept incredibly clean and the flowers smelled amazing. The pools were nice and there were always sun chairs available. Our room was kept spotless and smelled super nice thanks to the lemongrass candles regulary lit by the housekeeping staff. You can find all sorts of breakfast meals from the usual variaty of eggs, pho bo or even bolognese. With the menu being updated daily we were always excited for the next day. We visited the resort restaurant a few times and while the meals and drinks were delicious we were a bit dissapointed with the desserts, which were mostly european and not to the standard of the other meals. If you are lucky you might catch a beautiful sunset and live music. The staff were amazing there as well. I also need to mention the amazing vietnamese massage available at the resort spa, the masseuse was extremely professional and I would recommend going at least once.

The accomodation was about 20 minutes walk from the main road where you can catch a bus. So if you like discovering a place via a bus and walking everywhere (which is probably not the best idea here as we found out) you will need to walk there and back every time. Just a note: renting a motorbike directly at the resort was very easy and we even got a quick riding lesson :-). The resort accomodation and restaurant are a bit more pricy than you might expect, but cannot imagine maintaining the quality of services and amount of staff without the matching price tag. Worth mentioning that there are many other good restaurant in a walkable distance.

2 Beautiful swimming pools, kind staff, especially Hue who went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Garden area was kept so nicely. Sweet little playground for children.

very sad to see the plastic water bottles in our room, which were replaced daily. I think by now hotels should be leaving glass ones or refilling a jug for guests. Especially when the hotel is so close to the ocean, which is where so much of the waste sadly goes. I did express this to the staff and Hue and others kindly filled our own water bottles daily. We missed being able to walk along the beach as the hotel just has a small area of sand.

We recently enjoyed five wonderful nights at the Camia Resort and Spa. Set within beautifully landscaped peaceful grounds on a picturesque hillside, it proved everything we could have wished for and more. The very friendly staff genuinely went out of their way to make our visit is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. Our spacious room was quiet and had a balcony with a garden view. The large bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had both a shower and tub. There was an extensive selection of both western and Vietnamese dishes on offer at breakfast. The hotel has a small private beach with an infinity pool. Beside this is a lovely restaurant with decking over the ocean and well stocked bar. These are great locations for viewing the sunset whilst sipping a cocktail or having dinner. Prices were reasonable and all the food we had was delicious. Camia enjoys a tranquil location, however a selection of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. For the less adventurous, taxis are easily available at very reasonably rates. We look forward to hopefully returning in the future to this lovely hotel.

The staff at Camia went above and beyond to make the experience wonderful. They checked in with us every day at breakfast to make sure we had everything we needed to have our best day. The breakfast buffet provided a variety of items each day, and the restaurant on the beach offered any tasty options with a great view.

Everything was great, but if one thing could be improved it would be the location of the shower in the main bathroom in the two room bungalow. We visitors during the rainy season, and while the open air concept is beautiful, it was a challenge to shower during heavy rain. I’m sure this is not a major problem during the rest of the year.

Great resort, rooms were nice with a nice balcony, staff were really helpful and friendly. The pools were both great, although the top pool didn't have sunbed mattresses unless you asked. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. We were able to use Grab to get a taxi when we wished to leave the hotel and staff also offered to call them for us.

The location isn't great if you want to leave the resort, there are various shops/restaurants within walking distance, around 15 min away but on a dark road for a bit. Phu quoc night market is around 20 min by car away, as is Grand World. The pillow were not that comfortable and we found it quite noisy in the mornings.

This is a rare occasion where the pictures of the resort did not do the place justice. All of the plant life and cool trees were the most striking part of the resort for me. They do a great job of taking care of everything. One restaurant has a beautiful view of the plant life and water, while the other restaurant is right on the water - great for the sunset. The staff were beyond great including the front desk and the restaurants. The food is great of course - it's Vietnam. They have plenty of Vietnamese food but also offer things like pizza and burgers. My room was exactly as depicted in the pictures. Very cool shower area with an outdoors feel. I also loved the area outside of the resort. There are a bunch of great restaurants and shops run by families. If you venture a little further, you can see some beautiful scenery.
