The staff were fantastic and went the extra mile. My children loved all the staff. They were very sad to leave their new friends. I also loved the great family atmosphere. All the staff seemed to care for and respect each other. It was lovely to see. Easy access to town (twenty minute walk (with kids) to King Kong, or a very fast taxi ride. Great pool too.

It was advertised as having a restaurant on site, when it's really only open for the complimentary (tasty) breakfast. Thankfully Grab helped us a lot! Some mould in the rooms.

Everything. It’s like heaven on earth. A beautiful tropical setting for a quiet family vacation. We were 6 adults from 33 to 69yo and one baby 21months old. We rented a villa for 7 nights and were absolutely delighted by the service and quality of this place. Beautiful clean rooms with all amenities, great kitchen, spacious lounge. Great pool area. The breakfast was changing every day offering amazing fresh and delicious options for both sweet and savoury tooth. They have a spa on site where the massages were absolutely great (we did 7 massages) and they were always super helpful offering day tours and taking us places. The beach is only a 5mn walk from the place, as well as everything you need from small shop to restaurants, to nail salon, to hairdresser etc Many thanks to all the lovely staff who were so kind and made our holiday such a great one.

The hotel left only positive impressions. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I want to give special thanks to Mr. Dang — he did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The staff and rooms were great. We had rooms just in front of the swimming pool - we were very pleased as we spend most of our time there.

It could have been helpful with more information about the free shuttle bus which drives around Phụ Quốc. The nearest and best beach was not in walking distance. It would have been better if the breakfast was served earlier than 7.30 am.

Excellent hotel! Very nice and comfortable for family. Not first line, but hotel's golf car can move you. Green inside with good water pool. Breakfast also enough, my kids found what they want.

It was a very good experience to stay at Nidine phu quoc resort spa during this trip. The hotel staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. They will take the initiative to contact them if you have any difficulties. Because it is the child's birthday, they even decorated the room for us. Although the driver "Ruan Wei" who arranged the pick-up and the journey did not understand English, he was very patient and used Google Translate to communicate and chat with us. And introduce Phu Quoc Island as a tour guide. When our child was unfortunately injured during our stay, the staff quickly arranged for a car to take us to the hospital for treatment. I’m really grateful to have met you on this trip.

My friends and I really liked the hotel, on the first day we arrived we didn't like the room and asked for an upgrade and they did it for an incredible price. We managed to stay in a family room with a large space and we had a lot of privacy. The pool is beautiful with incredible decoration, the hotel designer is also very beautiful and the staff are very friendly, they helped us with taxis to visit the most beautiful beaches in the region and all this for a very affordable price. The only thing that I believe should be improved would be the shower pressure, which was a little weak, and also making more options available at breakfast, including more Western options. Anyway, I recommend the hotel to everyone, if you are looking for a calm, peaceful place to spend your days, I advise you to stay at this hotel, the price is very good and you will have a pleasant stay.

Staff is nice and helpful, housekeeping did good job, rooms are spacious, the swimming pool is clean and instagrammable, food tastes good, not crowded. Resort has really nice design, garden and you can hear a lot of critters chatting outside in the evening. Close to the bus stop (where free of charge buses stop), to the public beach and to some nice restaurants.

Rooms need renovation and deep cleaning (stains and whatsonot on the walls), more light maybe, shower water pressure was not strong enough for me, some towels and the blanket cover were torn, the door was hard to shut from the outside. Construction works across the road will not let you enjoy the quiet but won't stop you from working/reading by the pool or playing in the pool.

Fantastic location set in the quiet village laneways of Phu Quoc. The resort generously offered the electric cart shuttle to the main road and beach whenever we needed it. There was often the offer to collect us as required for the return trip. Our family connecting rooms were very spacious with comfortable bed and pillows and two large bathrooms. Our terrace had a daybed and settee and somewhere to hand you wet bathers. The gardens were lush and rooms secluded. The pool was amazing and not very busy and we always had access to sun lounges. The pool bar was a treat and we enjoyed happy hour cocktails every day. All the staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome. This is a quiet area of long beach but there are plenty of places to eat and have coffee and it was the perfect place to relax before returning home after a month in Vietnam. We spent four nights at the Nadine and would happily returns S will recommend to friends.

The was nothing we didn’t like but if they had bicycles available for guests to use then that would be perfect.

His kindness, helpfulness, and warmth were beyond anything we could have expected. He was always there, answering questions, offering advice, and sharing his vast knowledge as if he were an encyclopedia. He didn’t just help us with the basics—he went out of his way to make our stay truly special. He even took the time to teach us how to ride a motorcycle, and when we needed a computer, he generously lent us his personal laptop. His selflessness and constant willingness to help made such a difference in our experience. He was always so pleasant and cheerful, and he made sure every guest, especially newcomers, felt welcome and cared for. Whether it was assisting with luggage or giving great recommendations, he was always there, doing everything with a smile and incredible efficiency. He truly made us feel comfortable and at ease. I’m especially grateful for how he helped us with our early check-in, allowing us to settle in without any extra charges. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot to us. He is not only a remarkable employee, but also a genuinely kind-hearted person who makes the world a better place through his actions. We will always remember his warmth, his generosity, and his professionalism. He is a treasure, and we are so thankful for everything he did for us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
