All absolutely fantastic, the best hotel on our trip. Amazing and beautiful place located just short walk from main street (therefore peaceful and quiet), wonderful swimming pool with private beach chairs to relax, very nice garden around and just few steps outside your room. Apartament was spacious, very clean with comfortable and big beds and nice bathroom. We loved delicious breakfast on the terrace, buffet with many options for everyone. On top of this the best receptionist ever: Pink - always super kind and helpful. Pink - thank you!!! You are the star. We've been missing you all our remaining trip in Vietnam.

This is the first time we visit Phu Quoc where is a nice island. We stayed at a good hotel, Palm Bay Resort Phu Quoc. It is located beside a mountain. Room was very clean and new. They are quite friendly and care of the guest. We met the owner. She is a wonderful woman, kind personality. They helped us with many things during the time we stayed at the hotel. Everything was excellent

This is a very well designed and managed small resort hotel. The entire staff are very helpful and skilled at their jobs. The standout was Pink ( pronounced Ping ) who handles reception, assisting at breakfast and sometimes even helps out with housekeeping when the hotel is busy. The hotel is owned and operated by a lovely Vietnamese family who apparently had no prior experience in the hotel industry. You would never know it from the smooth running of this jewel of a hotel. Everything was perfect; from the room, to the pool, to the variety of the breakfasts, to airport transfers and I could go on! I routinely review hotels in SE Asia and never give a 10 rating. This hotel deserves it, but I reserve this highest rating for an experience without parallel. I have never enjoyed a stay as much as this wonderful hotel. Thank you for such a great experience in Phu Quoc.

I missed having a bedside light for reading at night in the room. This is a wonderful hotel that is also good value for money. Everything was very, very good!

We had a wonderful stay in this complex, which was designed with lots of love and attention to detail. Very well furnished, clean rooms and a great bathroom with a walk-in shower. Very nice Pool. Quiet location with short distances to various restaurants. The breakfast buffet is varied and there should be something for everyone, depending on where you come from. Very friendly and helpful staff. Special mention should be made of the young lady at reception, who was very attentive, always there and took care of everything - the face of this oasis of well-being.

I could go on and on... Internally, the room is big, toilet bowl is so new and clean. Shower water pressure is strong, temperature is constant, as warm or cold as you want, bed is spacious, plenty of hangers, daily room-make-up and towel change, toiletries provided, lovely balcony. Externally, the view of the pool is stunning. Feels like a small but safe community. Mornings look so good. Plants and flowers are well-maintained. You'll never have to worry about breakfast as they provide you with it every single day for quite a long duration. Staff is friendly. I really can't ask for more.

The only thing is the aircon doesn't get super cold during the hottest season but there is a fan in the room (impressive!) which helps a lot too. So in the end, it's still comfortable. It's quitie a walk from the main road and it can get quite dark but you know it is just locals living there so it's really safe.

We had a wonderful 14-day stay at this hotel, mixing work and leisure seamlessly. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Scooter rental at a reasonable price (150 Vietnamese dong per day) made exploring the island a breeze. The pool was fantastic, and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants, a night market, and convenience stores. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and we'd definitely stay here again if we return to Phu Quoc. Airport transfers were offered at a great rate ($5), and daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. Overall, a fantastic experience thanks to the attentive staff, great amenities, and convenient location. Highly recommended!

A slice of paradise on our backpacking adventure across Southeast Asia. We switched accommodation bookings a few days before and so happy we did. The resort is even better than the pictures. The room was so big with AC and a fan. The shower was great. The pool area was so nice we spent a lot of time relaxing there. The highlight was the lovely lady on reception she was so kind and helpful and had such a nice sense of humour. She speaks great English too which we thought was incredible. Scooters to rent with helmets. Lots of nice local restaurants. Breakfast was perfect, eggs cooked to your liking and fruit, cereal, hot drinks etc too.

Just a recommendation to bring a torch for the walk up the lane at night as it is dark. There are a few dogs but they are all really friendly and calm, most attached to one of the local properties, it's just better to have your torch to see them at night (common everywhere on Phu Quoc but just something to be aware of).
