All is well, just staff has to attend the customer properly. During the breakfast time when we are eating and asking to give then they always say that we have to do it from our ways to bring the staff and they are serving well to phoreingers and get are keep asking what they like to eat?? But they not to asking the Indian people. We noticed well.

Staff are friendly

They should have given the feasibility to use their own hair dryer in the bathroom itself. As the socket is not feasible had to use it in the living area

it’s surrounded by building sites with one new building and builders looking into our room absolutely now view from anywhere despite the claim and photos and the pool is tiny despite the ‘panoramic’ photos was dissapointed at check out when 3 FOH staff and a security guard watched us taking out luggage out with my small daughters

the room, the bed, the free shuttle, the breakfast ... all were awesome! the staff throughout the hotel were all amazing, friendly & professional, willing to go above and beyond to ensure all requests were met - this is what will make me come back here again (it was the best customer service i received from my three month trip!) :)

cleanliness could be improved (bedside tables & tv unit had spills and sticky cup marks from previous guest which were not cleaned up), the location seems far from everything except the airport & dubai mall but that could just be the layout of dubai itself (which seems abit scattered)

Very friendly staff, umar in reception was very polite and helpful, my son absolutely loved him. Room service was spot on, always gave us what we needed. A pleasant stay.

There wasn't anything that was really bad, but we stayed in hilton Gardens before in murraqabaat and my daughters loved the waffles for breakfast, unfortunately they didn't have that facility here.

it was really quiet in the room. The air conditioning control panel manageable and foolproof at last, after so many hotel stays. Finding a cab drive is not a problem at all: didn't have to wait longer than 1-2 min. Didn't have to use the app Careem where rides are 10AED higher. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Variety of dinner menu could be better, a lot of dishes were India (probably) inspired.

The Hotel location would have been better if close to a local beach, restaurants, shops. On arrival at Hotel, check-in early due to early flights was requested and the staffs did try and give us a room but this was not possible due to 3 rooms booking, The rooms were clean and tidy as per photos on the web site. We found that all the staffs at breakfast were very friendly and always willing to help with any special request, especially Khin & Aroona, the lady who also cooked our omelette, eggs every morning. Overall all the staff were very friendly and helpful with any special request at breakfast time. Thank you to all the hotel staffs who made our holiday in Dubai special with this lovely hotel. An improvement on the shower water pressure, the roof top pool, bar and music could be improved with a child, lady section.

Apart from the room, location and cleanliness of the hotel, the most exceptional part of my stay was a credit to the staff on duty. I would like to personally give my gratitude to Jessa (Supervisor), Dhiraj, Jessica and Dean. upon arriving in Dubai, I had some unfortunate news that the my family member who I had come to visit had unfortunately passed away at the age of 28, whilst I was in mid flight. the staff went above and beyond to make my stay stress free and accommodated to all my needs and requests whilst being in a foreign country. they were professional, empathetic and provided customer service that I have never had at any other hotel in my previous travelling experience. i was treated like a member of the Hilton family and not a guest. words cannot describe how good this place is and i would definitely always return here on my travels. Thank you for all you have done. These staff members need to be rewarded abundantly.

The shower pressure in the room could have been a little bit more, but other than that no negatives.

Customer service was excellent, Jessica on reception has made this trip so easy and she was very helpful on smaller issues i faced . Other staff were also very kind. The hotel was clean , maintained and peaceful. I had breakfast during my stay, i really liked that, everything was super fresh and clean. I like the overall stay and would like to stay again. For me the location of the hotel was a bit far from the tourist places.,cause the metro was also 4 km away as a traveller i think that was the only thing that i would like to share.

The breakfast team was exceptional, handy and available to assist. The lady at the egg station, Hiruni did a phenomenal job The other ladies in service as well, Nadeesha, Lea and Rasmita went out of their way to make the breakfast experience excellent Farouk the gentleman cleaning the rooms did a great job as well. I made friends.

That the Tv signal was extremely poor. Couldn’t catch up on news and the hotel management is aware of these signal challenges as advised by the site maintenance team. Also most channels broadcasting in Arabic and the hotel is catering for international travellers
