You can even enjoy a shared balcony over there and it could be nice if you like to enjoy smoking and drinking some wine 🍷 - [ ] Breakfast was wonderful with plenty f selection and quality in taste. - [ ] Very quiet and green surroundings. - [ ] Staff was friendly - [ ] Location is great to walk City Center and restaurants/ bars. We enjoyed dinner in a genuine Italian Restaurant Taormina which is only 3 minutes walk. - [ ] If you are lucky enough you can park your car in front of hotel free of charge (but only likited to 6 places I guess) - [ ] The bath was very clean and big enough. - [ ] The room was well designed and clean. - [ ]

Simply… Nothing to improve

The hotel is quintessential German as far as efficiency goes. Checking in and out process was superb, and friendly young staff knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are spacious, quiet and well appointed. AC is such a pleasure in hot summer, and beautifully cool and odour free. There is a nice "green" feeling across all the hotel features and processes, which seem genuine. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced, and really really good. The restaurant was super clean, staff were very efficient and friendly and someone has to share the secret of the pancake/flapjacks. Just superb. Underground parking tight, but good.

If I had to nitpick, there was the last guests cool drink bottle still under the bed, and a few sweet papers behind the curtain. Housekeeping needs to be a bit careful, but the cleanliness was very good despite this tiny glitch.

Great location to explore Elberfeld on foot, access to the Schwebebahn, Historical City Hall and Schwimmoper Public Pool. The breakfast is perfection, home-made breads and cakes, spreads, muslis, juices any many more - invites to start the day leisurely. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, it's quiet and the beds are comfortable.

Block-out curtains could help to sleep in longer in the brighter months. All else was great!

Modern and spacious hotel perfectly located, nicely decorated rooms, very comfortable beds as well as pillows and duvets, excellent breakfast with a very large choice, very kind hotel staff, free service of healthy extras at the reception such as freshly made detox water every day and local fresh fruit (apples and pears), free entrance to the public swimming pool with saunas next to the hotel.

Taste of coffee was the only negative point of otherwise excellent breakfast

My room had a beautiful view over Wuppertal and the Schwebebahn. There is a stairway and a pedestrian bridge behind the hotel, so it is very convenient to get from the hotel to the city centre and vice versa.

The sofa in the room isn't quite as comfortable as it looks - it consists entirely of loose parts (including the part you sit on), which will slide away from you if you lean or hang on it.

An exceptionally good location. Right in city centre but still lot of open area and quite surroundings. Quite good ambience with comfortable room. Perfect air conditioning.A big underground public parking, with direct access to hotel lobby and at very reasonable price of 6.60 Euro per day. A very good offer of 10 euro per hour for extended stay after 12.00 p.m.

Breakfast was just so so. Not much variety. Doesn't gel with overall sray of experience.

My fiancé and I married at the Historische Stadthalle in Wuppertal and most of our family and friends stayed at the Vienna House Easy Hotel. It was perfect, the staff was extremely kind and flexible and did everything they could to make our stay as easy as possible! The staff was also extremely patient with my parents' dog who's a bit agitated (thank you so much for that!) The breakfast was very tasty and devices for ironing are available and can be brought to your room if you need it, which is really convenient if you travel for work. The hotel is also well located: only 5 minutes by foot from Wuppertal Hbf and there is a tunnel that leads to the Stadthalle, perfect in case of bad weather (or if you're walking around in a wedding gown like me).

The heater in my grandmother's room didn't work so well and the beds were reported a bit too firm but it's a matter of taste.

The views over the city were superb, especially at night time. All of the staff were extremely helpful, kind and positive. The decor was modern and the breakfast which was included provided a huge variety and was well presented and organised. The hotel is extremely well located l, close to the historic city centre and the Schwebebahn. Everything was sparkling clean.

Extremely clean room

Room was extremely hot, and the AC did not work, only blew out one temperature (warm), But I asked at reception for a fan, walked around the hotel for 5 minutes and by the time I got to my room, there was a fan waiting :)

All staff extremely polite, friendly and efficient. Large room with two large single beds pushed together with two single duvets. The room was very clean with a welcoming bottle of water and air conditioning. Nice view of the city from the window. Great location with a short walk to the centre or the Schwebebhan station stop. Plenty of choices at breakfast with hot and cold offerings.
