Really nice location with Westfield Mall and Metro station walking distance from it. The hotel was quiet at night and away from the noise of the city. The mall provided lots of option for shopping and restaurants.

Paris Metro used to be a very safe transportation option when visiting the city, it has now been infested by pickpockets and thieves and the local government seems to just ignore it. I mean you see a lot of uniformed police with full battle gear but they seems to be where there is nothing happening. You know they know these people because the train operators will warn passengers when they see them but the government doesn’t seems to do anything about it.

Nice location near shopping center and metro station. Professional management and wonderful staff made our stay very easy and enjoyable. They solved the problems we had right away. We also thank the hotel for the nice touch by providing free sweets as an expression of the inconvenience that occurred. Our thanks go to the Director Alexia as well as Natalia and the rest of the staff at the front desk.

Breakfast needs a bit more combinations especially adding more bread and vegetables

nice hotel.. I would like to thank ghe gentelman who did the check in for me .. very nice and cosy rooms .. very good breakfast and the location was so good near the metro .. and the let us park our car infront of the hotel because of the hight of the car .. highly recommend..

Quite big rooms for Paris. Big and beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed. The staff is really very helpful and smiling. The hotel is just a few minutes and stations away from he Arc de Triomphe via the metro line 1 which is safe, automatic and always works even when the other lines are on strike ( which is very often). There is also a huge shopping mall 5 minutes away by foot.

It is not possible to open the windows and the carpet is getting a little used and worn out. The acces by car is rather complicated. No minibar and the roomservice is very very limited after 22h00.

The staff made extra effort on our 1 year wedding anniversary to make it memorable! It was a lovely surprise to come into the room and find rose petals and welcome message on the mirror

Quite expensive for what it is, very professional and tidy etc but for £200 a night it wasn’t anything overly impressive once in the hotel/room

The bed was comfortable, we like the interconnecting rooms and the bathroom was big. The location was great for the la defence arena and the shops and restaurants The staff were excellent, the manager was very nice

The rooms need modernising. The car park is great if your car is under 1.9m

Location for La Defence Arena was very good. Room was comfortable and clean. My wife says the pillows were amazing.

A little on the expensive side. No choice of a bath, shower only.

This hotel qualifies for only 4 stars. I have been to all stars hotels in my life. This one is in no way looks like 5 stars.

the hotel is in hard need for an update/maintenance. the toilets at the main entrance didn’t have soap dispensers and the water faucet didn’t work. the shower cabinet floor was cracked and fixed with some temporary. the shower head holder was broken ( the one at the bathtub not the one in the shower cabinet)
