The room is big enough if you only use the hotel for sleeping. If you are someone who wants to spend a long time in the room, then it might be too small for you. The room was very comfy and also very quiet which is what I find most important when sleeping somewhere. From the hotel to the nearby metrostation is only minutes to walk and from there you can easily go to Paris city centre or to Versailles. The room was also very clean and a big pluys is the separate toilet and shower. Usually they are in the same room but here it is nicely separated.

There is not much not to like. People might find it too far away but I think it is OK. Maybe the glass door of the shower is a bit weird. Therefore maybe not the best if you are on your first holiday away with your new love.

The hotel is a mini size 4 star hotel just on the edge of the city with 2 Metro stations close by for connections to anywhere in Paris including both major airports by changing in the centre just once via the Red line (A). The hotel offers after Breakfast in the Morning a large room next to the reception a lounge with an open air balcony with free hot and cold drinks along with cake and apples free of charge. Very good A/C in our room with the heat outside at + 30 on a hot mid summer stay. No fridge in the room but a large safe and hanging space for your items, a desk and chair and a large window that you can open up wide! Lots of stores at the local West-field shopping centre, The hotel is at the back door to the large concert/sport venue and took us just 1 minute to cross the road to the hotel entrance after The Who gig.

The hotel has no sign outside the front door and our taxi driver dropped us off at the car park in the next building along and the only sign outside the hotel is for a restaurant on the ground floor because the hotel reception is on the first floor.The only Hotel sign/ logo is high above the 9th floor. The single flat pillow is useless, please replace it with a thicker one or place 2 flat pillows per person.

The hotel is at the back door to the La Défense Arena so a must stay if you are attending a music concert or other event at this location The room is not massive like other 4 star hotels but has everything for a pleasant stay including a separate toilet and show rooms and a large TV with English news channels a large safe for your valuable items and a coffee machine with pods. The hotel is about 12/15 minute walk from the Metro stop La Défense and is we’ll sign posted once outside walk under the big arch down to the front of the Arena and then walk down the side of venue and the hotel is across the road.

The pillow on the bed only one per person strange

Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable and clearly newly renovated. The sound proofing was also excellent, I couldn’t hear the road or noise from other rooms.

My shower was hot and cold when using it each day (morning or evening). It wasn’t drastic enough to be uncomfortable but it was one of the only negatives I had. The closest station is a bit of a further walk as the bridge was closed when I was there (around 15 mins). The area does feel safe, but it is fairly quiet around the hotel if walking back at night.

The Hotel is very new and clean.staff are very kindly and responsible for everything especially LEA ,JENNIFER AND MAMADOU.

It was very close to the La Defense Arena, which was the main purpose of going there for me. So that was great! The hotel itself was really comfortable, great staff, great room. The breakfast was nice aswell. The distance to the train/metro station was a nice 7 min walk. So amazing

The pillows... they were not comfortable at all. They didn't have enough filling so it felt like I slept on the mattress itself... I put my hoodie underneath to get some sort of pillow...

The receptionist Lea has a perfect leadership skills, she’s taking care of all our concerns and remarks, willing to help and support at any time, Location close to la Defense Grande Arche metro station.

The room is cold during night time, TV screen very small (For 4 Star Hotel, it suppose to be 42” not 32”), There is a water leak in the toilet sink (in my room), Room very small, Extra leadership required for the personnel working in the restaurant.

love this space perfect if you are alone, small group of friends or couples weekend get away. it’s a very grown up space. la Club space is like home from home getting back late at night and going to get a naughty slice of cake and tea was perfect. really friendly and helpful staff, very good cleaning and trying to do everything as sustainable as possible without slacking on quality.

the location is not very picturesque (it’s all offices a bit like the Wembley area in London ) but it’s quite and rooms have great sound insulation.

The room was clean and comfortable, all the facilities were in working order. Very eco friendly hotel. It was within walking distance of the La Defense Arena, the Grande Arche shopping centre and the Metro. Also had an option to use the Gym but I didn't have time.

Thought I had booked breakfast but turns out I hadn't. Booking.com need to make this option clearer.

Location was far from any metro. Thanks to the new motivated Manager “Jorge” who met me & picked me up for check-in on the arrival day when i was lost on Google maps trying to find Okko hotel.

The direction guide and the map sent by mail , one day before arrival wasn’t helpful . The map isn’t with a good resolution to zoom it in.
