My room 336 was at the top back of the building and was SO quiet! The room was very large and spacious. There's a bus stop just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Three different buses go by frequently to the airport and only take 11-15 minutes, $2 cash.

The carpet felt strange to walk on barefoot. Was it dirty? Was it just the texture? The breakfast was just so-so. Mostly sugary cereals and small yogurts. They did have Cheerios, which I took because there was nothing else. No eggs. No oatmeal. The second morning they had put out some packaged Jimmy Dean egg and cheese muffins. The first morning I had only seen the ones with meat.

I liked the location from the airport and the customer service. However, one of our rooms had a defective toilet. I wish there was a shuttle but it was not a deal-breaker. I also wish there were closer meal options for dinner that was open later.

I didn't like that just about all the restaurants were closed by the time we checked in and put our bags in the room. If your flight arrives at 8 pm or later you may not get dinner so plan ahead or eat first. I also did not like that they gave us a room with the toilet not working properly. I also wish there was a shuttle service to the airport.

Location was excellent as we had a sleep test at Nemuors on Friday night.

Our last morning there, which check out is 11 a.m., AND we had the do not disturb sign on the door. BEFORE 9 a.m., housekeeping opened our door, which of course woke up all of us, We were all very pissed!! Also, all of the front desk people were very friendly, EXCEPT the older man that was there Saturday morning before shift change during breakfast. My grandson made himself a waffle, he's 14, after he finished, the waffle maker kept beeping. The man came over and made a rude comment basically saying my grandson was playing with the waffle maker. The man had to unplug the machine to stop the beeping. I was right there with my grandson watching him. Once he removed his waffle, he closed the griddle and the beeping started, he did nothing wrong.

Friendly helpful staff, beautiful lobby, really big room with crystal clean sheets and comfy pillows. We stayed for one night, but I definitely could recommend it for longer stays. It also has a pool, but we had no chance to try it.

The breakfast was poor: a variety of cheapest cereal, waffles, and two juices with no fruits or anything hot (maybe because of the covid restrictions). But it was served since 6 am that is really useful for those who have a plane early in the morning.

clean rooms and a staff that is top notch. had my grandchildren with us and they had stuffed animals with them. we came back to our room and they had lined them up on their pillows. Top notch

the access to the road. busy road. if timed right, you may take a left but most likely have to take a right and find a way to do a u-turn

Very convenient for the Lynx bus services to the airport. Bus services also to the Florida Mall, Universal and International Drive but take over an hour. Large rooms. Free coffee 24/7.

The key card didn't work a couple of times and the WiFi was not good on the 3rd floor. Toilet paper was flimsy.

Loved how quiet it was, drove by numerous other hotels that looked chuck full, no idea why they passed on this one. It was my first stay at a Sleep Inn and I’ll definitely be back. Friendly staff at check in, clean and quiet room. The coffee in the morning was off the chain!

I was not expecting much and was very pleasantly surprised. Can’t think of anything that could have been improved.

The staff was friendly and professional, and the whole place was clean and neat. Check-in and check-out we're both quick and painless. The check-in lady (with the "National Sarcasm Society" t-shirt on -- lol!) was exceptional.

Parking was a bit of a problem -- just not enough spaces.

The lady working breakfast duty's!!!! Extremely rude!!!!! She should consider changing jobs because she has no people skills what so ever!!!!! Not helpful one bit.

The awesome jacuzzi tub. The room was clean and very roomy for the price.

The price of the snacks, a little expensive I enjoyed my stay and it was conveniently close to the Airport.
