Ms. Reefa was very kind and so accommodating. Even though there was a problem with the third party booking, she allowed my children to go to our room and rest (it was almost 2 AM and we had just missed our flight) while she and I figured out the booking issue. I was so grateful to her for helping us on such an exhausting/horrible night; Reefa was definitely a bright spot for us. I was also able to get a toothbrush (mine was on my missed flight) from behind the counter for free, and it came with a little tube of toothpaste. My children and I enjoyed, and appreciated the continental breakfast the next morning as well ... it was a very pleasant stay in spite of our unfortunate circumstances.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the complimentary airport shuttle service they offered; unfortunately, the shuttle stops running at 9 PM and it was after midnight. We ended up using Uber.

Enjoyable stay! Convenient location, clean environment throughout the Inn, and consistent professional/friendly front desk staff.

Unfortunately, the sink became stopped up. The stopper became disconnected from the control mechanism. It was not resolved after the report, and we were disappointed to have the challenge. Luckily, it was the last 24 hrs of the stay. If a suggestion is appropriate, it would be great if the airport transport could be extended to accommodate late flights.

Overall great quick trip. Very clean. Rooms were great. Breakfast was available and fresh. All staff was friendly besides 1. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. But besides that, it was great!

Over booked the shuttle to the airport. When people check in, it may be more efficient to ask if they'll be needing to use the airport shuttle at check out to confirm they are added to the list. People had to sit on laps so they didn't miss their flight. A family of 3 did not sign up and refused to get off the van when asked if they would wait for next one.

Property was very well kept and clean.

The paint on our door was very sticky and at one point my mother got stuck in the room and could t physically open the door. when I went to report it to the front desk for help the employee took his time checking out a guest and even asked to help the next one in line. He was not concerned with my mother’s safety and that really upset me.

Location was good for our planned schedule. The hotel is well located, out of theme park congestion.

Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was okay, but not hot and not kept available. By 9:30 there was little left except the waffles. The coffee was even empty for some time, no fruit, eggs or sausage. The room was not throughly cleaned prior to our visit. There was a whole cookie on the floor, trash around microwave. The bathroom floor was not well cleaned.

good parking, nice room. The gentleman that worked the evening was very kind. I needed to ask a question during the day while I was standing at the counter never acknowledged me. one was on the phone which I understand but the other two didn’t pay me any attention. they were just talking about why is the paperwork on the counter and she has ocd. the older female upon my check out was amazing.

We had a really good time staying at the Country Inn Hotel. We felt welcome from the time we walked in until we left. The lady who works at the front desk on the second shift has excellent customer service skills. She was very polite and helpful. She made us feel at home. The hotel has decent breakfast, coffee 24 hours, a nice pool, and the hot tub is a plus. There are good restaurants and a movie theater within close distance.

Our room had a small hole in the wall. I reported it right away (we didn't want to get blamed for it). I told the customer service lady that we didn't want to move to another room and that they could fix it after we leave so, she let us stay there. The next morning we left for the parks, and surprisingly, maintenance close the hole while we were out. Later, we found out that someone took a beer out of our refrigerator, and who knows what else they did during our absence! However, we didn't report that to the front desk, but the staff should be more trustworthy, especially workers who have access to guest rooms.

The staff was the best part! I was politely shuttled to the hotel from the airport by Geoffrey and Nieca (which I could be spelling incorrectly and I apologize) who greeted me at the desk.

The toilet clogged easily and the tv is either old or not working properly but, I just needed a place to sleep before my flight and it was perfect for that because it was so close to MCO.

The staff was exceptional. Very kind, professional and welcoming. They were very helpful with any questions.

BOTH shuttle bus driver was amazing. More like a "tour guide" very informative and shared good local information freely. HOWEVER, the actual van was not up for par. It for sure needs an upgrade. My only other comment was that the lobby area had an almost overwhelming "fresh" smell. It was almost as if the smell was trying to cover up an odor. Not much of a complaint at all. Just curious.
