The pool was very nice, the hot tub was very warm and worked perfectly. There was fresh water every day in the lobby with fruit infusions. The bar was perfect and was very affordable. Adrianna at the front desk was exceptional! I left a very expensive item in my room upon check out and she got it handled with shipping back to me within minutes. I appreciate her fast response as I was very worried.

Front desk staff friendly, efficient and professional.

Did not realize this was a super pet friendly hotel when I booked in the wee hours of an impending hurricane. There were many many dogs everywhere. Staff tried to keep them out of the restaurant. Dog owners were argumentative and felt entitled about that rule .Kudos to the staff for giving us non dog owners a small place of refuge.

Really appreciated the availability of work out equipment. Very clean. Comfortable bed and nice linen

bathroom is very dark at night; should have some sort of night lighting. The bathroom door is very awkward to negotiate around, but space is limited, so not sure what the option would be

How dog friendly it was! The lady at the front desk (clearly a dog lover) was phenomenal. Loved her energy and made me feel very welcomed!

They took care of our problem immediately and was very apologetic! It is a very clean hotel. The workout equipment and videos are awesome. And staff is nice.

We had to get new sheets and bedding because the first was clearly not clean. Hot tub still doesn't work.

We stayed there because we had to evacuate for hurricane Ian. The staff did an outstanding job during very stressful circumstances!

The room had a nice view of the lake. The room itself was nicely laid out.

For some reason, even though I had a confirmation from both Booking.com and from EVEN Hotels, they could not find any reservation when we got there. Don't know where the communication "miss" started. Fortunately, they were able to accomodate us.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very professional and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable - we slept great! The location of the hotel was also great - we were less than a mile from the freeway. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

The outside was beautiful ; the fireplace area was so pretty at night, it was fairly clean for the most part. We had to ask for more towels due to covid restrictions but I enjoyed our stay
