I was so pleased with the staff, from calling them the day before arrival to them all greeting me at the front desk. I asked for a luggage cart and the maintenance man went in search ASAP. came back with one. All were helpful and nice. I love the suite concept and it was well appointed with everything a person could need. Clean as could be. It was a full hotel because hurricane Idalia was sending bands of rain and wind but the next morning there were teams of women ,cleaning and gathering bedding for washing. Tip them!! Oh, breakfast was nice too,

I can sincerely say there wasn't anything I didn't like about our stay. I am a dog owner and I brought towels from home to dry my dogs off so as not to use hotels towels.

Hilton Honors member, in town for concert. Extremely convenient, easy access to I-75 from Tampa. Spacious, clean suite w/all the conveniences needed for extended stay, apt. size refrigerator in kitchenette, coffee station, dishes/flatware etc. I think there was even a dishwasher. Bathroom was clean, door to bathroom is a slider barn style door, walk in shower with sliding glass door, more sanitary than shower curtains, great because tubs are a hazard anyway. The pull out sofa was clean and comfy. Curtain hung from ceiling offered privacy to whomever used the pull out bed. Only suggestion is TV placement. If it were placed in center of room, all three beds might have a better view of tv. Not a big deal if you're not a tv watcher and you have the bed by the window. Overall, would definitely opt for Home 2 Suites for future trips.

Clean, convenient, practical

Not very sound proof; I don’t object about welcome dogs, but when a dog is left alone in his room and bark continuously for HOURS when you need to rest, and this for two days in a row, even after alerting the desk staff, you just wonder about the quality of your stay... No fruit breakfast options.

Waffles were great.. staff was super friendly.. everything was clean...location was ok.. we had lived in Sarasota so we knew area and how long it would take to get to the beach area etc. price was right!

IOnly thing I didn’t like and I know you can’t change is where the pool was... it was without sun too early and did not like it being outside the dining area and tables.. felt like we were on display. Only other thing was color schemes in rooms.. I am big into decorating and couldnt quite understand color choices😀

Property location was very convenient and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and stores. The facility looks exactly as it does in the photos BUT BETTER after meeting the staff. Julie (housekeeping management) went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were met since I have certain allergies and Steve ( maintenance) not only helped me get my computer up and running, he also went above and beyond to help me find my ring that fell down the drain. When I arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty. They ALL were always very nice, friendly , helpful and kind regardless. My room was immaculate and fully equipped with a microwave, fridge with freezer and all dishes needed. My room very comfortable, clean and quiet not to mention and a beautiful view. They have a fire pit out front and they go out of their way to keep the property clean inside and out. This hotel really gave me “Family friendly “ vibes. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay there and I will definitely stay again. Also, I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel.

It rained all weekend so I didn’t get to enjoy their beautiful clean pool.

rooms were great; plenty of space, soft mattresses, nice size bathroom, good water pressure

I didn’t like that the employees were smoking outside the entrance. And we had to wait for them to finish their cigarettes before they would check us in. Also wish there was a hot tub.

Very nice hotel, and clean. Breakfast was very good. Location was close to St Armands key, and Siesta key. Pool was clean and nice. I liked that our room had a kitchent.

rooms are spacious and were very clean it was quiet at night which we were very thankful for as our room was near the elevator

no lotion or conditioner provided in bathroom also breakfast was good, but our last morning very sparse selection as I was told they ran out of food from the day before

I liked it was clean and classy. It had everything we needed for a 5 day stay in Sarasota. Also conventient to all we wanted to do. I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff was exceptional! in todays world customer service is lacking and they all did an outstanding job!

Nothing. It was awesome!

Rooms are large and comfy. The beds were very good. 5 people fited perfectly in the room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Kitchinette was well equiped for a short stay, with a very large refrigerator and a dishwasher. Shower was lovely.

Breakfast was a little on the poor side, everything was packed in bags, did not enjoy it at all. I understand this is due to covid, but other hotels have managed to keep it fresh.
