Awesome staff and great location, walking distance to the downtown. Complimentary breakfast with good selection of meals. There are also complimentary snacks for the dinner, some buns with ham and cheese and also some cookies. This really cheered us up as it was a great refreshment after a long drive. A lot of parking space.

rm. 128 - the shower head was made for giants so when a short person takes a shower, your hair gets all wet. Can't believe a plumber would do that. Breakfast pretty mediocre; cheap pastries and white bread, eggs and gooey cheese not so great. Advertising led us to believe something better. Turkey sausages would be healthier.

Location was perfect as we were traveling to the Tetons and thermopolis on vacation. It was a convenient central location.

Room could have been cleaner. Thankfully I had some antibacterial wipes and did some cleaning of my own.

I double booked online for the wrong day and Mia at the front desk was very helpful at helping me to get one cancelled and reassign the correct date for one. She was very personable and efficient. Anyone would be pleased to have an employee like Mia.

It was generous, not over cooked, and a nice selection. Even the coffee tasted good!

The room above us had a whining dog.

Front desk staff was very polite and accommodating when I called to request an early check in. The room was huge and clean!

The hot tub was closed for repairs and we were really looking forward to it! I wish that would have been listed when I was booking the room.

The staff was alert, engaged and helpful. The location was perfect for trips to Sinks Canyon State Park and other trailheads. The room was clean and comfortable.

Carpet in the hotel room was in need of vacuuming when we arrived.
