Cleaning service guy I think his name is something he’s a really cool sweet man I’ve been the owner is a very on top of his game and his wife is a very polite. Overall, the staff is great. I love the way they’re so laid-back and accommodating to whatever it is that you need no matter what it is.

– The female receptionist was nice and helpful. – Good cleanliness standards for the price range. – After we had complained about the first room we were given (leaking bathtub faucet) we were directly offered a room replacement and an apology which was a nice gesture – The street didn't feel as dodgy as some other South LA locations, we felt safe being there

– The replacement room we have been offered had a jacuzzi which was almost the size of the room, which made us feel like if we were living within an adult film set (see picture attached!) It was funny on one hand and a bit off-putting on the other, but our friends back home had a good laugh after they have seen our pictures of it – We saw a prostitute get out of taxis and into the room of another guest but I guess this is a common picture in LA and not something specific to this this particular motel.

They don’t let me have a room but charged my credit card anyway The Indian guy at the front desk asked for my credit card password and of course I did not tell him, after this they called somebody else and they said me to find another place even my booking isn’t refundable. The booking.com did nothing about it Also it looks dirty, and it is in a dangerous neighborhood. You can find another places for the same price with friendly people. Don’t go to this place!

The stuff are not trustable, they ask for my personal password to give me a room, it never happens before. My passwords are confidential information.

Clean, affordable, plenty of space, easy parking. Deposit required. Close enough to the airport. I would stay again.

Everything was fine. However, check-out was earlier than the typical check-out time which is 11am. The lady at the front said 10am but was able to accommodate checkout for me. Overall, would recommend. Thanks.
