Breakfast was as expected and advertised, always fully stocked. The front desk personnel were very welcoming and helpful. For a budget hotel, it had everything we needed for our stay. The room was clean, decor was on the nicer side with good layout and nothing was broken. Good water pressure.

The hotel has external-only access and it was raining when we arrived but what can you do? Although you couldn't hear the nearby street, you can hear your neighbors (especially ours that returned at 2 am screaming at each other). The kitchen seating accommodated most everyone, but the kitchen area was small and difficult to navigate during peak time (who doesn't love that waffle maker!?!).

Having just landed at the airport after traveling 14+ hours with layovers across country & with a four hour drive to actually get home, my luggage unfortunately was detoured & would not reach Sac airport for many hours, I had to stay somewhere and cheap, so my expectations were not high at this price point. However this was not the case, pleasantly surprised by the upkeep & cleanliness of this property! The check in was smooth & the front desk was so awesome.

The location was not ideal however they took care in designing their entry points with safety in mind.

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. I liked the bed and linens. There was a Denny's and Sonic restaurant right next to the hotel and a shopping area was within walking distance. The historic downtown was also within walking distance but along a very busy highway. The swimming pool area was small but kept quite clean. The airport is very close and I called an Uber to take me there in the morning.

The room was somewhat dated. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the towels were not very plush. The toilet kept running unless I jiggled the toilet handle. There were some homeless people in the area but I never felt threatened.

Great location near central Woodland. Easy access to freeway and Sac airport.

Really weird driveway access through fast food restaurants driveway.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the grounds. The staff was courteous and professional. And the waffles offered for the continental breakfast were delicious.

oh, anything I didn’t like was that the manager did not have time to review the notes on my booking. I had requested a downstairs room because of a mobility issue and they were out. however, he did gracefully offered to help carry my bags and offered me the closest parking.

The gentleman that helped me out in the middle of the night with my TV, I believe his name was Jeff or Jay.

Having to switch rooms at night due to the t. V, but the gentleman at the front desk was an amazing help.

Staff is always very nice and accommodating. Stay there often.

Just location it gets very noisy at times.

Clean comfortable room. Located nearby our ultimate destination. A Denny's, Black Bear diner, Sonic and Mc Donald's just a parking lot away.

Nothing to comment on. It met our needs during our stay.

It was close to the highway on-ramp.

Hard to find the entrance in the night time. Housekeeping left a cleaning rag in the bathroom and no toilet paper in the holder and no spindle either.

Jeff, the evening check in staff, was so very hospitable, went out of his way to address any requests A++.

One of the faucet handles was loose and wouldn't operate at the sink.
