This is a budget property, so keep that in mind. It was clean, but dated and tired. They are also updating the property during this time, so not all rooms are available, and there is a large dumpster out front. The cheaper rooms have no windows, and we knew that ahead of time so that wasn't an issue. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the shower had plenty of strong hot water!

Even adding in the fact that they were doing updates, we didnt hear any noise, so we didnt really have any complaints.

Spacious queen room with 3 chairs and a table! Clean, comfortable, 3 pillows with lots of loft! Generous sized lush towels. Mini fridge with freezer (quiet); sink and counter separate from shower and toilet. Lots of hot water, Continental breakfast was good (hard cooked eggs, bagels, cereal etc. Dining area was clean. Staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful. Quiet even though motel is on the highway. It was nice to be right across from the lake! We spent a second night because we forgot our suitcase (which the staff reported within 30 minutes of check out). To bad we turned our phone off! Thank you for two good nights!

The greeting we received from Kia was truly wonderful. Made us feel special. We had such a bad experience the night before at a hotel, that we were a bit uneasy about this stay as we didn't know the hotel chain. We need not have worried. We had a lovely room overlooking the lake. We hated to leave the room. The bed was so comfortable that I slept through the night which I rarely do. The breakfast was excellent with such a good variety of choices. Something for every breakfast taste.

There was not one thing that we didn't like.

The location is good. Our twin double bed room was having lake view. Perfect sun set and sun rise view were big surprise... The reception was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She offer many tips to us how to explore road trip to Glacier National Park and places for good foods. It was simply awesome to allow the permission to do grab and go breakfast.

Absolutely everything was wonderful! Room number 19! Absolutely spotless. The bed was comfortable. The view was incomparable! It has a massive picture window that has an unobstructed view of the lake, right across the street. I cannot say enough about this wonderful find.

great for my allergies-no pets, non smoking and they even did extra cleaning for dust. beautiful view of Flathead lake. helpful staff. great pizza just next door. spacious. affordable. very light breakfast but quick and easy-able to eat meals in room because nice table with 2 chairs.

highway 93 goes right past-which makes it easy to find but also hard to cross the street to walk by the lake. road noise initially but quiet at night

I was able to check in early, the staff was friendly and accommodating to my truck and trailer needs, even upgraded my room to a king with the 2 window view of the lake!! Very happy with my stay, and even enjoyed breakfast with some other guests!! Thanks.

Of course the location is primo! The sheets were awesome! It was less expensive than when I stayed a couple summers ago!

We do wish there was more choices for breakfast.

Nothing fancy, but compact, cozy and more than adequate. Met all our needs. Very clean, good beds, small but adequate bathroom. Great location, near old-fashioned downtown area. Most if not all the rooms have an absolutely killer view of Flathead Lake. Perfect outside-the-door parking.

Continental breakfast was very . . . basic. Coffee was . . . not Starbucks quality. If you're into breakfast, you may want to try one of the cute places nearby.
