Very quiet and within quick distances to many retailers and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very neat and clean and large enough for a family. We have three special needs children. Two use wheelchairs and the room still had space to comfortably maneuver in. We arrived a little late in the afternoon and were too tired to check the pool, but there were other guests who appeared to enjoy themselves.

The shower wasn't supplied with bath soap or shampoo. One may want to pack the travel sized soaps and shampoo or hygiene kit for such cases. It did take staff some time to access and deliver these products as their housekeeping had already closed shop for the day.

That it wasn't janky for a motel (janky meaning trashy, sketchy, rundown; for anyone reading this who might be slanguistically impaired). That it served a full breakfast. That it was clean and kempt. We enjoyed it.

I don't recall seeing pics online of the place being a motel where you access the rooms from outside. I thought it was a hotel where every room is accessed indoors. That's what I was expecting. However, since the room was clean and we didn't have problems with anything in the room, it's all cool.

The breakfast was okay. The eggs were cold, but that happens. I've stayed at many Best Western and that's why I come back, everything was very clean, but the door didn't fit the opening and you could see through it, where it didn't line up. Not very safe and bugs can get in. The bathroom shower head was really dumb, hardly any water came out. Bathroom was very outdated. Sorry but this location needs attention. I will be back, but not at this one.

The location was super convenient, right next to the highway. Good for long distance driving, have a good sleep, then get on the highway. Pets friendly.

The room overall is clean. However saw some dirty spots on one bed sheet. (Picture attached below) One shower towel was hanging on the hook of the bathroom door, not sure whether the cleaning staff forgot remove the previous guest when cleaning or some other reason.

Bathroom and shower were tiny. Went to desk and only one person working desk and phones at check in and check out. Requested king and and got 2 doubles note entry queen size.

The breakfast was good and a great variety provided staff was very helpful and professional 👍 room was clean, and bed was soft 👌

The laundry room was not working 😕 and they offered no alternative for me to wash my uniforms for work 😑 but they did refund my money that the machine took.

Hotel prepaid policy issues. Prepaid 6 nights; check out two days prior to 25. Currently communicating with BW customer service & Booking. Com for modifying departure date for bill correction of July 23

I left some shoes shorts and a shirt in my room. I had a call when I was at the airport. Two days later I received a package with my items. This is above and beyond type service!

Cheap price, but quality exceeded expectations. Clean room that smelled nice when entering. Nice front desk people.

It is an older building but the rooms were well taken care of. A/C was hard to figure out, an old analog control unit for it made it hard to get the right temp.

No dissappointments at all. clean, friendly, service well, just a good experience at a good price. Front desk girls were both quite friendly during check in and check out. Breakfast was hot and fresh, well prepared and supplied.
