Very comfy bed and the breakfast was a nice perk. The rooms were pretty clean and the location was surprisingly quiet. This was a pit-stop on a longer trip for us and was a welcome restful break.

There was a smell of smoke that entered through the bathroom - it was faint as though someone on the other side of the motel was smoking. We closed the door and it disipated by morning.

My son and I stayed for 4 nights, the breakfast crew was the best and super helpful and nice! My son celebrated his 7th bday and the staff gifted him a little something and helped me with him get his breakfast served lol He loved the attention :-)

The pool wasn’t available at the time so we had to go across the street to Days Inn to use theirs, it wasn’t a big deal just an inconvenience.

Everything about my stay at this Quality Inn was beyond my expectations. The staff need to be commended for their outstanding customer service especially, Lindsey Y and Mrs. Q. It is because of Lindsey and Mrs. Q that I will be returning for my son's next graduation from Fort Moore.

I didn't eat the breakfast but with Covid I didn't feel there was very much to offer other than grab and go items. The ease of booking the room and the pay at location was good. Parking was easy and room was easy to locate. It was what I expected for this type of hotel.

It is not in the best area but most of columbus is not the best area. The room near us was reeking of POT and the smell would come into our room. The deposit for the room was never mentioned on the website for booking.com nor on their website page. You are notified of this until you come to check in. Needs to be addressed somewhere so it is not unexpected for travellers

The breakfast was great. We want to thank them for having breakfast done a little earlier then normal - we were able to have a wonderful breakfast yesterday morning before 7:00. The employees were very friendly and just all around great people.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

There was caution tape on the outside railing that had us scratching our heads. Our mini fridge didn't work very well.

There was this girl that worked in room service that was cleaning rooms and she was amazing ! We told her about how no one changed anything in our room and she fixed it for us . Usually when I come up there the check in people be rude but the lady that was there that night was nice as well.

How small the bathrooms are.

The staff were incredibly sweet, helpful and funny. Our room was clean. The location was perfect. Plenty of coffee and breakfast selection.

It was way too noisy from other rooms and from the highway! The neighbors had their television on all night, do loud that i could not sleep well.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay... The morning staff is great... But the evening and not night staff is rude... The maintenance fix the toilet with no problem... He working every time I see him. The short guy...The breakfast is okay...
