Breakfast was good Parking was good Staff were wonderful Rooms were clean as well as common areas

The rear door handle is installed upside down so you have to push it up. There are no instruction about this. The hotel directions on google take you to the address 981 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy but not to the hotel which is 981 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy S (we just used the Hampton Inn as our point) There is no bench for smokers at the rear door It would be wonderful to have an outdoor pool

Good selection for breakfast items. Adequate time frame for breakfast serving hours. Plenty of seating area.

Jeepers, I would have thought you'd have a hot tub. :( Pool water was too cool!! Only 1 elevator was working, so for mornings we had to wait awhile to get an elevator. After my shower I dripped water on the bathroom floor, so I wiped it up. The washcloth from the wipe-up was filthy. How often do you clean the floors in the room?

So clean great beds and pillows friendly staff and cool decor. I like the simplicity and the basics . What needed to be there was and you got rid of the unneccesaries.

Too much waste with breakfast with the wrapped cups not necessary. Anyway to reduce waste while staying economical?

The facility seems brand new. The Breakfast buffet was complimentary. No Free Waffles, but Free pan cakes. Staff was Wisconsin friendly and a bit quirky which I like.

The free syrup on the free breakfast buffet was strangely flavor free.

I loved their restroom amenities! The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers! Plus lotion and hand soap dispensers! They smelled amazing!

Breakfast eggs were too watery, but beggars can’t be choosers

The breakfast was ok, hotel was very clean and not far from Mt Olympus. I slept really well due to the bed being comfortable. I would stay again and recommend staying here to my family and friends.

No microwaves in the room

The Staff was very good specifically Craig Dunkley he was personable and extremely helpful. I would hire him away from you to manage one of my businesses in a flash. Peter E Letch

the styling and decor. It had its own uniqueness to it.

Wished it was closer to the theme and water parks such as Mt. Olympus and Noah’s ark

We loved the whole vibe of the property. The breakfast area was well kept with plenty of area to sit and relax

The entry doors and room doors are very heavy/hard to open. NOT ADA compliant. Hard to get luggage inside.
