Comfort Inn Alton near I-255

Breakfast was good and hot but would have liked biscuits and gravy, maybe some bacon strips also. The location was great as were attending a wedding at the Pere Marquette Lodge and the drive to the Lodge was worth the whole trip along the river road.

The television in our room would turn on like any other TV, then after 2 or 3 minutes the screen would darken. I would turn it off then back on the process would repeat itself, really frustrating! That was the only thing that bothered us.

we were going down to see the children’s grandparents. It was only a few miles away from their house. The staff was exceptional. Could not have asked for a nicer people. Everyone that was there was super nice and had great personalities. Will definitely stay there again the next time we go back to that area.

there was nothing that I did not like about the property. It was fine the way it was.

I read a bunch of comments people had posted about their stay at this facility and was expecting the worst. Everything was awesome! The staff were so friendly, kind and very helpful. It was amazing swimming in the heated pool each night then falling fast asleep in the most comfortable beds. I give this facility a strong 10. Can't wait 2 come back next year.

The breakfast wasn’t as good as I thought it should’ve been

The first night we did not get one with a roll in shower like I requested the next two nights we did so all in all it was pretty good

the location was perfect and the price was great. the pool was phenomenal and the staff was very nice

The beds were SOOOOO comfortable! I had a wonderful night of sleep. The iced lemon water in the hospitality area was a nice touch that we appreciated when we checked in on a warm evening.

The pool was warm and deep end was nice. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage.

Internet was not working. Still not working by morning. Had to get chair replaced and there was bag of trash behind the door.

Nice variety for breakfast Had both hot and cold items. Waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage and cereal and mini muffins.

The beds are very comfortable but i had a hard time getting in the bed as I am short and they are so high up from the floor.

I was charged but the booking did not show up so I had to pay twice filling with BBB if I can’t get booking.com to correct issue

A/C didn’t work well

Breakfast was good.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Bed was very comfortable as well.

I was only there for one nightish. But everything was alright by my standards
