Stayed on a Sunday night. Check-in/out was quick, room was very clean, friendly staff, very nice lobby area, bed and pillows were really comfortable, heat/AC unit worked well and was quiet, shower with sliding glass door was very nice, good water pressure, hot and full breakfast, and well-lit parking area.
Walls and ceiling were incredibly thin. I could hear doors shutting starting at 5:30am. The person on the second floor, above room, sounded like an elephant stomping around. Bagels were rock hard. Coffee lids did not fit well, no matter how I tried. I spilled coffee all over my car because the lid did not seal.

Very clean. The young woman who checked us in was very nice.
Very weirdly, the TV was programmed to always turn on with Fox News. As well I had to listen to Fox spread misinformation about vaccines and other republican talking points during breakfast in the lobby. Not a good business proposition to anger half the customers. Otherwise a nice hotel but I would not go back unless this changes.

Your staff is FANTASTIC!!! They go above and beyond, are fast, courteous and just a pleasure to talk to.
Had to change sheets in 1 room due to stains, they didn't look like they had been changed, just remade. There was food in the refrigerator of the other room and it had not been cleaned.

Room is just the right size for the family. Clean room and linens . Staff are 100% accommodating and friendly.
We are at first floor of the hotel. The room above us we hear heavy footsteps all night. Unable to sleep. Other than that hotel is clean and I am satisfied.

I can't say enough about Comfort Inn in Edwardsville. I travel frequently and this is the best mid level motel I have ever stayed in. The staff ohh so incredible. Spoke all the time. Neat, clean, efficient. Well done.
Nothing other than breakfast but that is covid related. What they had was good.

I reserved a king room on Bookihg.com and got a double queen. I was not st all happy about this, but the check-in staff said it happens. Guess I will be booking straight from the hotel from now on.
