I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the incredible service provided by Ayoub at the reception. From the moment I walked through the doors, Ayoub's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for my stay. He was not only professional but also genuinely attentive to my needs, making sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The hotel itself was fantastic - clean, well-maintained, and with a welcoming ambiance. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff, with Ayoub leading the way. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, and I will certainly be returning in the future. Thank you, Ayoub, and the entire team, for making my visit truly special!

We went during off season, so only very few guests. In-spite of this, the hotel managed to provide good food. Location is just amazing. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Nothing significant, however the facility looks bit under maintained although it had tried to put best effort by having modern furniture's and fixtures. Lift had problem while coming down as the lobby button was malfunctioning, so we had to visit -1 and climb up the stairs. Good walking though.

Facilities were great and location of the hotel was ideal for the beach. The pool was family friendly even a separate small pool for toddlers. The two bedroom apartment was very spacious and the staff were great including the security and cleaning teams bravo will stay there again 👍

Only downside was the lift for the apartment complex was out of order and with the baby that was a bit of a challenge.

I love the Seaview so soooo much, the hotel is located in a beautiful beach with a mix of hills and sea. Stunning sea view white sand and clear blue water. The cleaning staff was amazing and very kind. hot shower, WIFI was good.

First thing I didn't like is breakfast, not bad, but I've seen better and they can do better. Personally I have seen better at hotels of 3 stars. TV in the room wasn't smart which means not connected to WIFI, No Netflix, no movies to watch. no choices. From my experience the food wasn't good in city restaurants. The swimming pool was empty even though the weather was hot and sunny. I don't understand what the purpose of a swimming pool if it's empty.

Location, view of the ocean from the room terrace, comfortable beds, large rooms, powerful showers, breakfast. Friendly staff.

Expensive lunch in restaurant, especially water bottles.

I regret that the water drain of the shower was not made after the first time, when they told me it was all made after I made my complaint to the information desk, a boy gentleman helped me very well from the night shift, he told me to go to another room where everything was fine.

Quemado has the best water I've ever seen in Morocco It was my first time to visit the city but it's definitely not the last And mercure is the best hotel in the city because it offers you the best view of Quemado beach especially when you open your eyes of it

The staff is very welcoming and wonderful, the location and the view are breathtaking.

We could not swim in the small pool as it was very dirty. The smell in the undergroun parking lot is horrific and the lift isn’t working.

The view was absolutely fantastic, and the staff, especially the reception guy, were incredibly friendly. Clear communication and excellent service made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Room and view were awesome.

Dirty common areas, windows and walkway dirty. Walkway to beach very dangerous. Wood deteriorating and warped.
