Hotel should have more dining options. Perhaps it is because it was May? I am not sure there was any room service

This is a very spacious and well situated hotel - just next to the beautiful Fulong Beach. The view of the ocean and surroundings from the hotel is magnificent and there are lots of amenities and things to do and see nearby.

its a little expensive for a mid week visit. Also there are few western food choices.

Staff were nice, good food, clean room, beach access. This is our second time here.

We expect a full view of the ocean since we reserved for an ocean view room. But disappointed because the view were blocked by a building (covered shower area). Sorry but it's not worth the price :(

We liked the location, room was spacious and clean.

We asked for an ocean view. Technically we could see the ocean but we were on the ground floor and the view was obscured by new building works… so wasn’t worth the extra cost. The atmosphere of the hotel was quite stressful & loud… whether that was due to the current restrictions, time of year or general popularity with families- it was not very relaxing!

The hotel staff are wonderful and are holding the fort. They tried very hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Hats off to them!

We felt totally ripped off as the rates were extremely high for a mediocre room. I checked the rates for the following week and it was so much cheaper! Outside our room with a sea view was a construction site with loud and busy machinery from morning til night. The hotel facilities were ALL CLOSED due to Covid. We did not realise that food would have to be eaten in our rooms. The surrounding gardens and environment were dirty, an eyesore, with lots of litter. Truely upsetting.
