Location was excellent walking distance from the Victoria falls, a lot of breakfast options available as there are lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel

Beyond expectations and some of the best customer service Ive experienced anywhere in the world. I messed up my dates and the General Manager not only found me alternative accommodation for 1 night but also drove me there and picked me up AND helped with my bags!!! The room I had was 122 - upstairs overlooking the street. The room is HUGE and has everything you need. Great little shop downstairs for cold drinks and snacks. And a lovely cafe. PLUS its right next door to some great restaurants and crafts and market stores. Plus the theatre. So happy I booked here. Would definitely book again.

Conveniently located next to some eating and watering holes which is handy if you don’t have transport. Friendly reception staff. Handy tour desk. WiFi worked well. Hot water and good pressure in shower. Good sized room with tea making facilities and a fridge.

Quite basic for what we paid. Lighting was poor in our room as there was one little strip light over the dressing table only. It made it feel dreary and we had to use our phone torch to look in our suitcases. The power sockets were faulty and the USB sockets didn’t work at all. There was a pool side bar but the staff seemed disinterested so we left. However the river brewery is right opposite and serves some food and drinks.

Great staff, accessible to most places, convenient, mostly well maintained. A good stay.

No proper working tables in the room. If you’re planning to stay long and do work, you’re forced to go downstairs or find a restaurant to work for which is not ideal in peak heat season. While I know hotel can’t control this, once I was woken up by a bug in the room that crawled into me and once I saw a cockroach. It made me uncomfortable sometimes as I feared if other bugs would get in.

N1 hotel was a reasonable price, nothing fancy, but extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff. They held our luggage in a small storage room behind the reception desk, very helpful since we just stayed one night to see the Falls. Absolutely a worthwhile stopover as Victoria Falls is very impressive. A very short walk from the hotel is a small cluster of shops, a bank, as well as Brooks Cafe which was excellent for breakfast and lunch. There’s not much else around! About a 15 minute very hot walk to the entrance to the Falls. It’s about the closest hotel to the falls. You just need one night there.

Nothing not to like!

This was our second visit to this hotel and we like the superb location and friendly staff. There were renovations going on at the back, but it did not affect us. The brewery/bar opposite had a live band one night but the noise stopped at 10pm (and the band were actually pretty good!). Basic room but has everything you need. Excellent breakfasts. Secure parking. Walking distance of Falls, Three Monkeys, Vic Falls Hotel (for afternoon tea). The hassle factor outside was almost non-existent this visit, even on the bridge - last time was end of Covid and the touts were struggling financially at that time for obvious reasons. Recommend the Historical Bridge Tour which was excellent - such a nice & knowledgeable man who takes you underneath to the lower walkway...

The hotel is situated close to a great restaurant/bar ... The Three Monkeys. There is a taxi service within 50metres with great drivers, especially Busani in the little silver sedan. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was great, the room was big and comfortable....good shower, good bed. Felt safe in Victoria Falls and people in general were very friendly.

The hotel...couldn't fault it. On the Friday night there was loud music from the bar across the street. It was okay early when we could hear the singing but later in the night it degenerated into a bass/drum beat which continued until the early hours. Got a bit monotonous. Other nights of the week all was quiet.

This exceeded my expectations. It is not a luxury hotel but is comfortable and has everything a traveler needs. The staff is so efficient and helpful right from the start arranging a pickup from the airport. The hotel is near the Victoria Falls Park. You can walk there if you want. It is also a short walk to town with shops and restaurants. The room is clean and comfortable. The aircon works well. The day we arrived was so hot so a good strong aircon was welcomed. Although small by standards the room has ample space for my 2 suitcases plus more for backpacks and other stuff. There is a big tv with English channels like BBC. There was also kettle with tea and coffee. 2 bottles of water were given everyday. The bathroom had toiletries and the shower was good. Overall this was great value for the price.

My only grouse is the sink is too small. To wash our hands one would soap them then rub the hands together to wash off the soap with the dirt. The sink was too small to efficiently do that. You’ll have to do very small movements. The grouting also has a lot of mildew. An update of the sink area is needed. A room lighting was ok but it would help if there is an additional light at the luggage rack as we need to be able to see properly to pack. We did not have their breakfast.

The damn bar across the street that was suppose to shut off the so called music at 10pm but at times didn’t until 1:30 am . when I talked to management about it she twisted the incidents so she could play like she was the one being victimized. If I remember right I was the one with the earplugs and pillows stuck around my head.Funny I don’t remember seeing her anywhere till morning

Everything. Mostly the extremely friendly, professional and helpful reception staff. Always with a smile they would be there beside you with absolutely anything you may need, they truly did feel like family. It is great value, very clean and new with a comfortable bed. We loved our room with a balcony and a pyramid view. And the rooftop view is just gorgeous, we got to see the light show at the pyramids both from our room and the rooftop with dinner. We enjoyed our stay in the area very much, as we got to experience life in Giza. Fantastic.
