Killer views and facilities including pools, sauna, tennis court and easy access to the main shopping precinct (10 min walk to Coles). The decor is dated but there are two spacious bathrooms, large living area and full width balcony. Three lifts for easy access. Helpful staff. Walk out the front and straight onto silky sanded beaches. Short walk to the local tram network.

The bedrooms were quite hot at night. They have overhead fans but ideally they'd each have an aircon. The main living area aircon just about cools the space. Quite a lot of defects with toilet, overheating fridge, broken drawers but to be expected in an older apartment. Strange mix of local shops, unreliable bus system with poor customer support - if you need airport connection.

The location is awesome. We had stunning ocean views from the 19th floor. We never waited more than 10 seconds for a lift. The reception staff are friendly & efficient. Jacqui was there on our arrival and Misty looked after us for the rest of the week. We were able to borrow boogie boards for the week which was so much fun. Beach goers have the benefit of a rear access to the hotel in order to wash off sand plus access to hot showers, spa, sauna and two pools. Parking is free and the hotel is just far enough from the main Surfers' strip to offer peace & quiet.

There is no outside tap at the rear of the hotel to wash sand off feet which means we needed to enter the showers with sandy feet. This could be easily fixed.

Great view of the ocean, brilliant location (5minute walk) into surfers paradise - you are right along the beach front with many amenities and shops near you! The place felt huge like a real apartment (slightly older but all internally refurbished) compared to apartments these days which are little boxes. Parking came with the booking which was great & the beds were comfy and the main room came with a fan etc.

The only criticism is that for the price you pay you are still expected to have the place cleaned etc before you depart. Eg, dishes etc. These are not serviced apartments which is fine - however for the price paid it feels like this should be taken care of by the host. I left the house looking spotless as I was unsure if I would get my pre auth charge back. (It was released just an FYI :) )

The staff were always friendly and there is always someone cleaning in the leisure facilities daily and it shows because the place is very clean. The views are amazing. Fully equipped kitchen and BBQs were easy to use and well maintained and always cleaned.

Our room had some worn / ripped bar stools and dining seats but nothing that affected our stay just the aesthetics.

I booked this apartment as a place to catch up with my best friend who had come over from the Czech Republic. I wanted a place with a view that would impress and Imperial Surf did not disappoint. The location was also very important as I wanted to be able to walk to Cavil Ave and tedder Ave. Imperial Surf is an easy stroll to both. Our apartment 7B had a standard of furnishing I had not expected, it was super clean, new and very comfortable. The weather was quite cool so we did not use the swimming pools.

Very hard to fill this bit in. There was nothing here that was unacceptable. For a property of this age, it is excellent. The worst thing I can come up with is that the elevator does not go down to the 2nd parking level (big deal).

Staff was very friendly from the day we arrived. We felt welcome from the minute we walked in. Position was close to everything and had the best view.

Our room smelled of mould and there were lots of things was broken like toilet buttons on both bathroom, Balcony door was hard to open and close, delaminating to cabinets and furnitures. Lounge wall mirror was damage and so as front entry. Our main bedroom door was unable to operate open and close properly. We a very disappointed with the maintenance of this property so people can be feel relax and enjoy themselves while away from home.

Had a 2 bedroom apartment nice clean and spacious we where on the 30th floor Views were spectacular . Pools inside and out where great and the spa topped of a day of walking. Has a Sauna but didn't use it. BBQ area is great plenty of room to cook and sit and relax while eating.

More explanation about the fire drill ! When the Alarm went off my granddaughter started to panic we opened the door and just heard the announcement to evacuate never realized it was just a drill until we met a man out in the hall who told us. I mentioned it to the receptionist and her answer was oh you should have rung down and I could have told you. Hmm if it was a real fire Don't think I would be ringing down to clarify I would be trying to get out.

Great service from reception. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and tidy. Beautiful ocean view across from the beach. The spa and sauna was clean and we all enjoyed using the pool as well. Private car park was secured which was good to know that car is parked in a safe and secured spot. Good walking distance to the local Cafe and shops. Overall its a good place to stay. We would happily come back to stay again 😊👍

The 2 bedroom apartment is abit dated.

Incredible View, Unit had been recently updated new tiles, kitchen and bathrooms. Outdoor Pool was great, indoor pool was heated as with spa

Bed Linen was crisp and fresh but the doona cover was old and dated that could use refreshing up to match the unit
