QT Gold Coast

I stayed in a City View King room and the room was spacious and comfortable. The view from my balcony was beautiful and I had a partial view of the ocean. The king size bed was heavenly and I had such a good sleep! Every staff member that I interacted with was warm, friendly, courteous and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was incredible and I highly recommend booking a table for Sunday morning breakfast.

The pool area was beautiful but a bit smaller than I expected. There were no sun beds or pool loungers by the time I arrived in the pool area.

We loved everything about this hotel. We met the loveliest staff members from both the hotel and the restaurants. The room was amazing. We stayed in one of the King Suites which overlooked the ocean. It was great! The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was nice huge! The room was really well presented and very quiet considering we were the first room next to the lift. Normally those rooms are quite noisy. The staff members were really lovely and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast at Bazaar which had a really good selection of food available. Great place to stay. Very good location too.

The hotel is very modern looking, with retro decor and has a great vibe. The outdoor pool area and spa is stunning and we spent the day out there a couple of times enjoying cocktails and food on their hired cobanas. The staff were always polite and accommodating and our hotel room with perfectly positioned looking out over the ocean. I really miss our hotel room bed and pillows, as they were so comfortable. The hotel is also located close to public transport, if you dont have a car, with a straight to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre in Broadbeach, as well as a short walk to Cavill Avenue.

The bar fridge although stocked with plenty of supplies, did not allow enough room to place a couple of extra bottles of water in it and was constantly leaking and over heating. We were exstreamly dissapointed with the brunch at the Bazzar Restaurant on level 1 of the QT, as it had very little healthy choices (no salads, sandwiches, fruits) and way too many cooked options, of which lacked flavour. The other dissappointment was nothing had description placecards near the food, so we had to keep asking what it was! I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I really like the overall stay and was happy with the facilities all around the venue. I came back to the same hotel when my plane was canceled due to rain and stayed an extra two nights because I was happy there.

As much as I loved the pool area, it was very hard to find a poolside daybed without waiting till other guest left. I could not go upstairs to my room and have sex with my girl and come back down and sit by the pool without loosing our amazing poolside day bed. This made our holiday less sex-based but still amazing getting closer to each other.

Everything was absolutely amazing! From the second we walked into the hotel we couldn't stop talking about how amazing the customer service was! The pool, bar and Japanese restaurant was amazing! The drinks, food, vibe - everything was perfect! We really felt like we were in a hotel somewhere in the Mediterranean. We can't wait to visit again! (Shoutout to the guy behind the bar who also works at the Japanese restaurant! He was so lovely, gave us great recommendations and service!)

From the minute I walked in, I was made to feel valued. I was well looked after. The staff were exceptional I loved the green incentives through the hotel Room service was fast and delicious The oven view rooms was great! So sunshine filled Day spa was fab too! Ocean was perfect temp despite being winter

That I had to come home.... I wish I'd asked for a quieter room as the bar outside was pretty pumped on Sat night (maybe I should have just joined? ) Would have loved a TV menu or guide for ability to watch a.movie.

check-in was very quick and friendly and efficient

At check-in, we were offered the buffet breakfast at $33.00 per person ( 2 of us) for both Saturday morning and Sunday morning. The book-in staff member told us he would enter that on our tab. When we went to breakfast it had not been entered on our tab at $33.00 each so we were charged the full rate of $50.00 per person for both days. Also I would have liked to have gone to the pool but there was not enough cover from the sun and it was smaller than it appears in the advertising. As well it seemed to be not family friendly but rather an indulgence for Instagram Influences. My husband and I did not feel comfortable with that.

Room was nice and clean, bed was super comfortable, heaps of options available on the tv. Pool facilities were super great and hotel was a close enough walk to surfers but wasn't in the middle of things.

Bond amount was not posted anywhere on the booking, hotel or email. Staff messed up our booking and overcharged us. We were able to use the extra towards food and activities within the hotel and we were refunded the rest but was a bit disappointed in the situation. You also have to pay for parking each day you are there, unlike most other hotels around which have free parking, would expect a little better for such a nice hotel.

Great location for beach & short walk to shops & entertainment. it was clean enough. The rooms are modern & bright with small outdoor seating. The hotel has a relaxing resort feel vibe. Great staff throughout and very helpful.

The windows don’t keep the sound of across aircon out, maybe need better seals. We changed room to higher floor as a result, so I’ve seen 2 rooms to make my review. A few small things only, no draws to keep underwear, socks in, etc so you’re living out of your case but great amount of hanging space, need more hangers for all that space so bring some. The shelf above the sink, useful but far forward that you could hit your head on it if not careful when washing face or cleaning teeth, or get water on the floor as you stand higher to wash face. The cleaning team could do to clean the metal feet in the bathroom as dust built up on top of.

I have to give all the credit to Anna! she started our stay off with such amazing customer service. We were super anxious as a family travelling together since before covid and she made our stay so much more better than we ever could imagine! We absolutely loved the spa pool outside. The balcony and the view was beautiful also and we couldn’t get over the distance to everything! love love loved it!

Probably just the error happening with the tablet while ordering room service but nothing major
