Great size rooms. Nice and peaceful with still being close to restaurants and shopping 10-15min walk, beach was only 5min walk from hotel and bus and tram stops only few minutes to walk to.

That the restaurant was closed and no room service. No vending machines either so can only buy snacks(ice-creams,chips,drinks) etc when check in desk was open. Other than that youd have to go to a shop.

Pool area was amazing, pool heated to a great temperature. Room good size and comfortable

Location was a bit out of the way of the main Surfers Paradise area but still walkable.

Location, price, cleanliness

Car parking is an absolute nightmare on the weekend. If you don’t get a park underneath (and they are not allocated so no guarantee) there is extremely limited parking on the street, so you may have to park miles away or hope you don’t get booked and a big fine if you have to park illegally.

Pool, Spa and Sauna close at 9, we checked in at 7 and by the time we finished dinner everything was closed, but facilities were awesome apart from the cockroaches 😅 Bed, bath, living room and kitchen exceeded expectations. I could log into whatever I wanted on the TV. We had quite a low-down apartment but it still felt very holiday-y. Complimentary milk, tea, coffee & sugar, very well cleaned and maintained~ Everything smelled nice! No instructions on aircon so that took us a lot of trial and error to get the heat going. Overall quite a nice experience, the pool, spa, sauna and buffet were an unexpected addition! Will definitely try again for the discounted price we received!

Room is clean and tidy. Facilities are good. Location is very convenient.

After I checked out, I realized that I missed my Samsung mobile charger in my room. I called to reception 3 times different days after the receptionist said she would call me back after check with housekeeping. However, no one get me back, that's why I've been calling 3 times. Even that such simple work didn't do it properly? Could the manager call me back to finalize it? My surename is Shin, I check in on 30/04/2023 and check out on 01/05/2023. My room number is 730. My mobile charger popped in next to the bed close to restroom.

I booked a twin room as we were on a budget and it was cheaper than a double - it came with a KS bed in a bedroom and a single bed in the loungeroom. It was really clean, comfortable and quiet, and also way more spacious than we anticipated - even had a six seat outdoor setting on the balcony big. All that and it was the cheapest accom on the Gold Coast :-) Of note - the room rates were cheaper through Booking.com than the best price directly through the hotel.

Lovely Resort with beautiful rooms, spacious and clean. Close to everything you need and the facilites are good. I was very surprised at how big the 1 bed apartment is and the lovely touches to the unit.

Overall this is a lovely place, I was just a little confused as they advertise they have a malaysian resturant buffet and the sign is always up, but it looks like its only only 2 nights per week, so that was disappointing for someone who is hungry and did not want to go out!

Awesome service. As my room was not ready when I checked inb, I was given another room without asking.The rooms were great, as were TVs in both rooms. However I had too little time to enjoy these the way I would have liked.

There was a smell when I walked in the door. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, so when when the toilet was used, the smells could not escape except into the main rooms. When I cam home late Saturday, the apartment stunk, and I believe smells came up through through the floor drain.

Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel

The experience started well as I got an upgrade, however, The power went down in my room during my first day there, I spoke to the reception, it was a Sunday and nothing was done about.I day morning I didn’t hear from anyone. Still no power, all my food went off in the fridge. After a second phone call I was able to get it fixed
