Hillhaven Holiday Apartments

Apartment was clean, well appointed with an amazing view. Loved the pictures on the wall. Location was perfect for walking in the NP and to the township for shopping or dinning.

Nothing I didn't like but I did give some feedback to management who were happy to receive. Most accomodation has shampoo/conditioner, tissues and face cloths(may have just been an oversight) this did not but management is working on providing these things in the not too distant future. However this did not ruin the experience as so close to shops that if we were desperate we could buy our own.

The location was perfect. Right across from the beach. Could walk to James St, Burleigh Pavilion, beach and walking track. Had a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment is older but really comfortable and a nice feel. The kitchen is really well equipped. We used the slow cooker to make dinner, the kids used the toastie machine to make cheese toasties. Lots of utensils. Lily and Hank were great hosts.

The location was great, able to walk to the beach and restaurants. View was lovely, but varies between rooms. One apartment was beautifully furnished, while another very dated. Overall comfortable and would happily go back.

The facilities are dated, although some of the rooms are well furnished (depends which you get!) There was no laundry facilities in our apartment as was advertised, but there was in someone else’s apartment. They provide a list of everything that will cost extra (eg toilet roll, washing powder). Fans look rusty.

Great location with the best view on the Gold Coast. Very peaceful surrounds very relaxing. Not far down the road were clubs and restaurants.

Bloody weather.. haha. Rained every day but the scenery was still amazing. Would have been great to enjoy the view on a sunny day.

Best location on the Gold Coast. Waking up to that view was fantastic. The managers of the complex are wonderful- so helpful and charming.

Although our apartment was in ‘original condition’ we didn’t mind because it was comfortable and the view was spectacular.

LOVED the view! The check in and out process was incredibly easy, value for money was fantastic. Communication from staff was good, rooms were so spacious and had everything in there you could’ve wanted (tea, coffee, toaster, kettle, huge fridge, etc).

Our car parking spot (29) was really difficult to get in to, not anyone’s fault but we were not willing to take the car out of the spot and drive anywhere because of that.

Perfect location. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The beach and walking tracks right on the doorstep. Views were amazing. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony enjoying the scenery

There were a few issues with the cleanliness. But the managers were very apologetic and gave us a discount for the inconvenience

as older units this one didn't have air conditioning but with the incredible breeze and overhead fans didn't miss that

Hillhaven offers amazing views across the beaches from Burleigh to the Gold Coast. One of the best views we have ever experienced. Close proximity to the Burleigh Heads beach and national park, with excellent walks and access to Tallebudgera Creek. Walking distance to excellent restaurants and shops.

Minor maintenance issues. Reported them to the manager at the end of our stay, who appreciated the advice.

Absolutely stunning location and views, basic apt but had all we needed. Main bedroom and lounge has the best views

Had Maintaince burst in on me trying to paint something at 8.30 then at 10am the first morning without prior notification, I had just gotten dressed, as a lady by herself I was EXTREMELY upset as I paid for and value my privacy especially on holidays.
