Quality Inn & Suites Hinton

Location of hotel is great. Room was cozy and clean. Liked that it had power supplies right by one side of the bed. Staff were great. They allow pets for a 15.00 fee. Shower pressure was great. Loved the shampoo/conditioner they had. Lots of pillows. Easy to control room temp. But was in Fahrenheit. I'm Canadian so had to get a conversion

The elevator is very loud at 2 am and 6 am. Shame they don't have a silent mode for those hours since my room was right next to it. My door stuck. Had to lift it towards the hinges to get it to close. Key card system wasn't working so I didn't have a key to my room. That was difficult with a dog. When he needed a walk. Was told there was a breakfast but not where so I missed out on that :( and dialing 0 to get front desk didn't work. Just kept getting a busy signal. Sorry I didn't tell the staff this. I was stuck in Hinton because of snow and in a rush to get home in the am

We needed a pet friendly room - the room we got was on main floor and easy to take our puppy out - room was very clean and quiet with plenty of parking in the back.

I can’t think of anything better. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were comfortable… a duvet cover rather than just the blankets…

loved the location right next to restaurants and grate parking even had large stalls in the back for trailer parking, grate staff and good price! the breakfast was okay it was included with the price of the room. I LOVE that you allow pets and don’t overcharge people with the pet pee $, what you asked for was definitely part of the reason we choose to stay here!

The hotel is located on a very good side of the town. Walmart and Canadian tire are within walking distance. It is also near to the restaurants. Room was pretty good and clean. The only small improvement area is the breakfast. It was less than ordinary and supply is very limited.

The "not up to standard" breakfast and the unavailability of Pool.

Staff very friendly was clean rooms were nice beds were comfy the continental breakfast was good only complaints waffle machine was broken not big deal kids were more disappointed lol other than that was awesome would definitely stay here again 😀

very clean, friendly and informative staff. i absolutely loved that I was able to have my puppy with me on my vacation and all the staff loved him too. The Wi-Fi was amazing. I was able to log into my Netflix on the Tv witch was very nice. great location in Hinton. The breakfast was very good.

Staff was friendly and accommodating specially Sandra and Brittney. Breakfast was good. The price was cheaper than any other hotels specially summer time. Excellent Service . And not bad from Hinton to Jasper.

The washroom was outdated. But it’s ok. Not a big deal for me because most of the time we’re outside.

It was clean, easily access and close to amenities like gas station, Walmart and restaurants.

Nothing in particular. Our room didn’t had a coffee maker but the kettle was missing.

I like the location, the money I paid, the comfort, the room is wide and clean. It was perfect. I wanna stay at this hotel again someday.

The breakfast is just grab and go. It is more better if they can allow us to eat the breakfast in their restaurant or conference room.
