Twin Pine Inn & Suites

The inside of the room had a nice upgrade and was very quiet on the 2nd floor midway down the hallway. Great location just off the hwy on the way into town.

I didn’t realize it was a location that the workers stayed in until i arrived at the hotel. I tried to order some food at 9:15pm from the pub, I called front desk, and she transferred me to the kitchen. No one answered the phone, I left a message with my order & room # but I didn’t hear back from the kitchen, so after a busy & long drive that day, no dinner.

The location was very good for access to the highway. The room was very comfortable- my only complaint was the bed was a bit too soft but that could be a personal preference problem only. The room was VERY clean, liked that we had a fridge and microwave. We had dinner in the bar and the food was excellent.

We didn’t eat breakfast in the restaurant as we wanted an early start- perhaps breakfast start a little earlier?

Its at a very prime location in the town. Every store and restaurant is at an arms length from this location. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable as well. Quite impressed. Value for money. They have a huge parking space which was almost full as the place was completely booked. But you can find a spot at least. They have free wifi which doesn't disappoint either.

The only negative thing is that the breakfast starts at their in-house lounge after 10am. We had to go out for breakfast as we had to leave before 10.

The room was clean and up to date for the type hotel. The shower was nice and the beds comfortable. Housekeeping was good. The breakfast is very good with big portions and priced fairly.

The sink is outside of the bathroom. Dinner food items in the restaurant don’t seem very fresh. I ordered a wrap and side of fries and they appeared to be McCain frozen fries.

Room is very clean. We didn't have any breakfast there because we had to leave early as it was our last day there. We really just used it to spend the night.

None that I can remember. Everything seems fine during our short stay there. Oh, the only issue was the location. If you're going to Jasper National Park it's about an hour drive. As for my family, we went to Columbia Icefield and it took us a bit more than 2 hours to get there and missed the "youth can go free" at the Columbia Icefield, I had to pay $66 each for my 2 kids.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were renovated with rainfall showers. Breakfast was amazing. The rooms we were in had connecting doors, which was perfect for when baby went to bed and when closed no increased sound transfer between rooms. King beds and pillows were perfect - not too soft or firm. Everything was very clean!

The place was clean and spacious with good enough toiletries. We were short of a towel and upon request, it was provided to us. there were enough good parking spots even though we checked in late. The hotel was in a cute town surrounded by amazing mountains. The morning view from the street was amazing.

Hinton was a bit far away from Jasper and so the destinations we wanted to visit were quite far. The TV had particularly no good channels to watch.

it’s located close to hwy 16 so it is easy to access Jasper. Grocery shopping and the mall are also very close. The room was clean and we had fresh towels everyday when we were back. The staff is amazing! One day we had a battery issue and the ladies in the front were so kind to help us boost our car. All around amazing, will definitely come back again next year <3

The rate of this hotel was much lower than others in the area. As the arrival date approached Ii dinsidered changing hotel - how could a room be so reasonably priced be good? The room was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed. The room was very clean. The shower was great!! We will stay here again when visiting Jasper!!

Location and size of the room were good. Only a 1 hour drive to Jasper. Plenty of restaurants in the area and a Walmart near by for cheap eats.

The hotel was a bit dated. As there was no kitchen there were no plates or cutlery. Plastic cups provided.
