Best Western Plus Osoyoos Hotel & Suites

Overall positive experience. Check-in was quick and simple. Staff were courteous and polite. Room was clean and presentable. Room and hotel overall was nice and quiet. Complimentary breakfast provided a wide selection, and the seating area was large and bright. Pool and hot tub were good. As mentioned, an overall positive experience. I would stay here again when passing through Osoyoos.

Nothing really stands out.

Just passing through Osoyoos and it was a great one night stay. When we walked in, the hotel was quiet and the receptionist was friendly. It was also very clean and well decorated which was fun around the holidays. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We liked that there was a hot breakfast with options for our diet (dairy + gluten free). It was also very quiet and a lot of parking available.

No complaints. We would stay again!

The breakfast was more than we expected, there was a pool and hot tub. Everything was clean, free, parking.

That we have to pay for early check-in if the room is already clean. That they couldn’t give us a foil tray because we weren’t premium members? Or had a suite (sold out) not our fault. It was pretty pricey for the amenities..

The staff were friendly and the facility was clean, especially the breakfast staff who were excellent. The pool was nice as well.

The pull out sofa bed had a “mattress” that was so thin the springs were protruding. I can’t believe any adult would be able to sleep on it. That mattress needs to be replaced immediately it was completely unacceptable to be considered for sleeping.

room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast room and area is good and comfortable as well.

For two persons, over $300 per night, more prefer higher floor (not ground floor) room. and More hot breakfast items instead of cold stuff, for example, sausage and scrambled eggs expected etc, Pick the hotel because included breakfast, but if cannot better than MacDonald $10 value breakfast that is no value for the selection.

The facility was recently renovated (2020) so the rooms are clean and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were large. Our room had a kitchenette which we appreciated. Breakfast was included and very good with eggs, hash browns, bacon, fresh fruit, cereal and coffee. Would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

The room was very good, beds very comfortable.

I was disappointed that there were no recycling of any breakfast utilities. It would have be easy to have separate bins to place plastic cups and cutlery for example. I am disappointed that the Best Western does not consider the environmental impact of so much garage they dispose of daily. Ideally, for a higher standard, how nice it would be if they provided proper cutlery and plates etc, that can easially be washed in a dishwasher, this would so improve the tone of the hotel!!!

A large room with a sofa. The breakfast was good. A large car park. A ten-minute walk to the lakeside but too far to walk into the town centre. Friendly staff.

Nothing on the hotel side. (The hotel is on the outskirts of Osoyoos and to reach the centre you must drive as it is too far to walk.)

The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and had a lovely decor as did the room. The grounds were well kept and there was good lighting around the outside of the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was wonderful to make out night's stay relaxing.

Everything was great!

The room was a good size with a full kitchen. Although our shower was leaking and the fridge was not cold. The staff were very helpful and quite fast in resolving the issues. Unfortunately with the wildfires, I have to cut the trip short. I will come back next time...

It's the location; the theme park can be a little noisy. A little far off the main strip. It'd be nice if they have a full restaurant in the hotel/ they maybe a restaurant adjacent to it but it's closed . A lot convenient for family with little kids like us...
