Blackcomb Springs Suites by CLIQUE

Loved the pool and hot tubs, our room was spacious, well appointed, and had a great balcony. Place is clean and well run.

No air conditioning, which made our first two nights extremely hot, even with fans. Not much to do on site beyond the pool and tubs. Had a "games room", but was a D+ endeavor. Also no food or drink of any kind except vending machines, and you must download an app to use the laundry, which didn't work at first. The free shuttle only runs twice an hour, so missing the time by a minute or two can mess up yoir whole day. Long walk up with two little kids.

Great suite and loved how many creature comforts were included. The bed was super comfortable. The place was nice and clean and well maintained. The pool area and landscaping was beautiful. The no charge bus was a perk too.

A maid barged into our room as we were preparing to leave - that was awkward. I was not expecting to have to pay for parking, just include it in the price of the stay so your customers don’t feel like they are being nickeled and dimed. The hot tub and pool were busy all the time, hard to get in there - wish the hours were open earlier). Our upstairs neighbours were loudly partying until at least 4am which was disturbing to sleep.

Loved the rooms the bed was really comfortable. The hot tubs were also really nice. 🔥 I like the text feature you have.

25$ a day parking and any free parking is quite a ways away. And the hot tub closes at 10pm.

Everything. I booked 2 days looking for a quiet place after weeks traveling to rest and could not imagine a better place. I booked 2 more days after seeing how quiet this place is (mid September), probably a different story in busy winters weeks. Wifi is extremely fast also, could get 100 Mbps, the swimming pool is huge, two hot tubs, nice balcony on slopeside with lot of trees.

A restaurant inside this hotel would be a great addition, everything else was just perfect. It's located 5 minutes from the village in car and there is also a free shuttle that bring us in the village if we need to get there to eat, so not a big deal. Note: temperature was cold outside else this might be a problem WITHOUT air conditioner. I would probably not like it between June to August. They provide a strong fan but might not be enough for hottest months.

i like the size of the room and the kitchen.. the pool and the location and the free shuttle bus .. but you can just walk down going to the village and coming up to the hotel.. the guys staff are really good and accomodating ..housekeeping are good..

the white woman who works at the nightshift of sept 16..who is not mindful of small thing we ask for coffee to her she said it will be deliver in our room but until we check out it never came.. the ceiling that keeps dripping at the woman shower and changing room..lately we discover that our duvet got a big stain when we check out because we help them stipped the bed and the dusty electric fan..

The room was spacious and had a sitting corner and kitchenette. There was coffee provided. There were bathrobes for the pool as well. Front desk staff was very nice and happy to answer questions and help. The hotel is connected to the village via a free shuttle. The pool was a fun way to spend the evening. The hottubs were a bit crowded and rowdy in the evening. Luckily the party people mostly stayed in one of the hot tubs. I imagine it would be amazing in winter (we stayed there in September) for skiing.

I missed breakfast. It would have been nice to have the option to eat on site, especially because the village is further away. Parking is 25 CAD a night with is quite pricey for the tiny garage. The garage door is a bit temperamental and stays open for a long time. We almost missed it and it almost came down on us!!

We like this hotel since year 2014 but when the management changed it became more pricey so we started booking other hotels for our travels. This time the price was pretty affordable as we stayed during the weekdays and we were happy to spend a great relaxing time there. Receptionists were always very friendly and helpful whenever we asked for any favor! Thank you for this!!!

The room wasn’t cleaned very well, there was some hair in the corners of the washroom, dusty sport in the room but those things are just small inconveniences and didn’t really bothered me much.

During our trip through the Pacific Northwest, we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. Its location was truly excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were wonderfully comfortable and cozy, with the added bonus of a fully equipped kitchen, which was a huge plus. The swimming pool was a delightful way to unwind after a day of adventure. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers!

One aspect we didn't quite like about the hotel was the visible wear and tear throughout the building. From the public areas to the elevator and corridors, there were noticeable scratches and signs of heavy use. The rooms also showed similar signs and could benefit from refurbishment. Another downside was the hotel's distance from the town center. It was too far to comfortably walk to the great shops, restaurants, and pubs in the area. Thankfully, they offered a free shuttle service every 30 minutes until late at night, which helped somewhat, but we would have preferred a more convenient location.

I had a nice swim in the pool which was very nice and was a very pretty design and the hot tubs were pretty big! We enjoyed the quiet as we went on a weekend in June and it wasn't very busy. The full kitchen is an awesome amenity even though we didn't require it The bathtub and shower in the suit were awesome was a nice deeper tub and huge shower head.

The pillows were too soft for me but I made due. My partner said the coffee in the lobby was horrible but I didn't try it. I had a Cafe mocha and it was good but too small for the price. Only one size available for various priced drinks... silly. Only two things I didn't like is pretty superb though

location is great. ski in/out and you can also walk to the village in 10 mins and/or take the Excalibur gondola. hot tubs and pool were fantastic and it was never overcrowded. room met all expectations. the fireplace was nice and effective and the TV was really big and on a nice wall mount. the balcony was large and had a great view of the valley (4th floor)

the room was great but the kitchen was a bit under stocked in terms of dishes and utensils. the ski valet service could really benefit from some lockers and a boot valet/drying option. i would have liked to have been able to leave my boots and ski gear in a locker as opposed to my room.
