Amsterdam Inn & Suites Moncton

Everything was exceptional. Every part of the hotel is kept clean and fresh from the lobby to the rooms. It snowed during our stay and every entrance was cleaned promptly. The front desk staff very helpful and very pleasant with any questions asked. Breakfast was fine and there is always coffee, tea, hot chocolate or juice available anytime along with muffins or cookies. The beds are so comfortable and the room is so clean! I’m glad I chose this place for our stay in Moncton and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again if I ever return to Moncton in the future.

Everything was great there was nothing I could say could be better

Very clean, linens were fluffy, and the bed was comfortable. Extra pillows were great. Love the use of real dishes at the breakfast area instead of disposable. It's much nicer and better for the environment. Staff were very friendly at check-in.

There wasn't a microwave in our room to heat our dinner. Would have preferred more fruit choices at breakfast other than oranges. It's hard to take that for a breakfast to go. Bananas and apples are much easier.

Hotel is right off the highway, easy on/off access. A bit of drive to restaurants, shops, etc., but not a problem. There is a nearby neighborhood with sidewalks where one can take a walk, but no grassy area at the hotel. Staff professional and friendly. We did not stay for breakfast, but it was a buffet with a staff member serving guests.

We stayed on the second floor, room 219, and although I could log on to the internet, the signal was very weak. I walked to the front desk, but could not find a signal. The front desk was polite, but merely suggested it was because the hotel was sold out.

We wanted to stay at the casino but it was booked up so we ended up booking a room at the Amsterdam. I have to say that I'm happy it worked out that way. The room was right on the ground floor, so no running around to get back to our car and the bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable! It was clean and they even fulfilled my request for the "romantic package" even though I asked for it after I made my reservation. Would definitely recommend and would stay again :)

Nothing, everything was good.

The suite is always clean and well equipped. Great lighting in the bathroom. Delightful pictures on the wall. I needed to heat up my heat pad for some muscle discomfort and the attendant found a perfect vessel that I used to allow me to use the microwave. Service beyond what I expected.

I wish that hotels would have options for bed covers. I always find that the duvets are either too heavy or too hot and I'm either kicking them off or pulling them up. There should be a regular blanket in the suite so that the guest could substitute the duvet for the blanket. It's not just the Amsterdam Inn but all hotels are using the same bed covers.

Very clean, everything worked and was in good condition. Comfortable beds and adjustable air (a/c, fan, heat, opening windows). Clean and spacious bathroom. Kind staff, a good breakfast (with options for Gluten Free, just ask!). Quiet environment, with easy access from highway and to downtown proper.

Not a great spot to go for a walk or hang outside if you're there for long- surrounded by other hotels. Minor problem.

Small place close to the highway. Very clean. Super comfortable bed. Nice amenities provided in the room. Toiletries included. Kerug coffee machine in the room. Excellent breakfast provided. Bacon/scrambled eggs. Good selection of cereals/ bread options. Yogurts and fruit available. Staff very friendly and efficient!

Only complaint is that we could hear the traffic noise in the room.

Easy check in. The room was clean. I requested a main floor room as I was travelling with my senior parents and they accommodated my request. Continental breakfast was good and offering tea, coffee and hot chocolate at all times was great!

The only complaint would be the very noisy bathroom fan. The fan and the light were a single switch therefore did not have a choice but have fan run as safety comes first. I could not have senior parents navigate the washroom without a light.

Everything short walk to Casino NB, Breakfast was fresh and great variety , the room was spacious very clean great shower, and having a fridge was an added feature as was the Keurig coffee machine. The King bed was super comfy and very large, except we found the pillows not so comfortable they need a couple feather down ones as that is the only pillow I can use.

The pillows could have been better quality like feather-down ones, could have put extra coffee pods and coffee mate in the room

I liked the Dutch theme. That was the deciding factor in choosing Amsterdam Inn -- my mother was a Dutch war bride and I have visited Holland many years ago.

The condition of the carpets in the hallways. They appeared aged and took away from the rest of the internal appearance. There are other things I could suggest if asked that would improve my and maybe others overall stay in the future.
