Wingate by Wyndham Dieppe Moncton

Check in agent Mike was so very nice to us. We arrived very late and very tired, and he made the check-in go quickly so we could get to sleep. Bath towels were soft, and the room comes with warm bath robes. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. Aside from a few flaws, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Arriving at the hotel we did not know where to park our vehicle, so left it on the road. We never did know where parking was for the hotel guests. Better signage to let people know where to park would be a big help. Music in breakfast area was too loud. The TV was on, showing morning news; but no sound, just repeat music from overhead speakers. If you want to show the morning news, turn on the volume and turn off the music. You must choose between TV or music.

The location of this hotel is superb; my mom and I felt completely safe and at home in the area. However, the only reason I am not giving this 10 stars is because the Wi-fi did not work the entire two night stay, and the fridge also did not work in the room. Otherwise, the place was WONDERFULLY clean, and the rooms are large and spacious (not to mention the bathrooms are gorgeous!). The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly. Not overly so, but nice at least. A very good place to stay, and when my mom and I are passing through again, we will come back here. Thank you!

Great breakfast. Great location with a car. A bit far if you want to walk to restaurants downtown but parking in Moncton is super easy. Dog friendly. Rooms clean. No housekeeping on the weekend, but we were fine with that.

I would prefer more pet guidelines at check-in. For instance there were children in the corridor outside our room loudly playing and running with their dog. I understand having all the pet rooms in the same area, but they should not be allowed to use the corridors as a place to run. It was very loud until 10pm annoying me trying to sleep after a long day of travel, and stressing my dog.

The whole reception area are so beautiful decorated with nice Decor. The washroom is very beautiful with clear sliding shower door with square raining shower head! The 2 double-bed room are very large size and well set-up. No noise and very peaceful. The Reception person pick the phone calls right away! The beds are amazing comfortable 😍 🙌!!! The Breakfast meals selections are more than other 5-stars Hotels.

Nothing really only that there is no central lights in the room except bedside lights. It would be nice if they can add Microwave & Coffee Maker for family with Children convenient, to avoid constant walking to the reception area to heat up food.

Parking was off site, no microwave in room, lack of storage for clothes if staying for 3 nights or more, someone grabbed a garbage bag with our dirty laundry in without checking and it ended up in the dumpster, fortunately we noticed the same day and a member of staff was able to find it for us.

We stayed for four nights at this great hotel. The staff are very friendly. The cleaning sevice is great, and you always feel the good smell in the rooms and hallways. For the underground parking you need to pay, but there is also a free parking near the hotel (they will guid you if you choose to park there). We definitely enjoyed our stay, and will consider it for future travels!

it’s new and well appointed

paying for parking in this area seems over reaching. there is nothing nearby. the free parking is offsite and inconvenient. no restaurant nearby or on-site is a downside… in my opinion doesn’t match the price point. bathroom lighting not sufficient for women applying makeup. I was surprised how noisy the ventilation system was for a new building… AC woke me up

Great location, free parking at the back on weekends at any time, or between 5pm - 9am on weekdays (note: parking is always free, you just have a limit of 2 hours during the week, so you actually need to move your car at 11am). Excellent free breakfast. Hotel looks new, rooms were clean, bed was comfy, staff was great and helpful.

Hotel is located in a convenient location near various amenities. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, and the hotel's cleanliness was up to par.

However, one significant issue I encountered was that the water in the shower did not drain properly. Despite making several complaints, the promised maintenance follow-up never materialized.

Very new, very clean functional room. Good and Quiet AC. Very nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was buffet style but you pick and they serve you (covid). Cereal, toast, muffins, croissants, hash browns, scrambled eggs, ham or bacon, sausages, waffles, pancakes, orange juice, coffee, yogurt…all very good and great service. Parking was $12 underground parking or free city parking in a city outdoor lots right outside the hotel back door good until 11AM. So we took the free parking. Great beds as well.
