front desk was very efficient and friendly . Room was very clean . Bkfst was delicious. Enjoyable stay

as 2 seniors, we were abit disappointed to not have a rubber mat available for use in tub, stepping into that really high and deep tub concerned us that we may slip. We were extremely careful but rubber mat would have been ideal, did appreciate the handrail on the wall though.

Room and bed, breakfast was a little confusing where things were, someone should be stationed their to assist clients to where things are. After looking around we did see other things like dry cereal and milk in the corner but it was after we thought it was eggs, waffles and sausages. A great variety. Someone did eventually come in to replenish the food . The trays were hidden beside the coffee machine, they were not visible going in. Just could be set up better.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was great as we travelled to Bay of Fundy and then went to PEI the next day.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Everything was great and would recommend it to anyone who travels to New Brunswick. Not too long distance if you want to travel to P.E.I.

The staff were always friendly, available, and helpful. When there was no hot water (because it seemed that every guest decided to shower simultaneously), the staff member who answered my query about it was apologetic and handled what was probably a frustrating situation cheerfully, with grace, and good humour despite probably having answered several calls about it already. Our room was right behind the elevator, and you would never know it was there. In fact, you would think you were the only ones in the whole building, it was so peaceful! The room was very tastefully decorated, and clean. And the beds very comfy. The air conditioning worked wonderfully (it was very hot and muggy outside), and didn’t sound like a jet engine. From now on, this is where I will stay each time I pass through Moncton!

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Helpful to have medium sized bar fridge for food storage, particularly when the weather is extremely hot. Friendly staff. Convenient location off the highway.

In-room cooling unit was finicky, not holding set temperature.

Breakfast was good but the room is too small for the amount of people consequently a long lineup and some need to eat in the hallway ! Overall, still was a good experience, good value and get what you pay !

Location & overall service was good. Bed was comfortable & room was clean.

TV had poor reception & could not open WIFi on my Cellphone. Room was a bit small & my wife had one Cold shower! ( tried everything to get Hot water)

The staff were accommodating, the room we got was clean and tidy. The hotel itself is a good location especially for tourists and/or locals of other provinces. We enjoyed the pool, too.

We had hard times in opening our door using the keys provided to us. It wasn’t smooth enough we had to do it couple times or more until the door opened. Only few choices for breakfast, hopefully they come up with something interesting.

The location of the Quality Inn Moncton was perfect. Just off route 2 near all amenities and restaurants. Great staff at the front desk and very clean rooms and excellent deal.

The air conditioning was quite noisy as well as the ice machine next to our room, so much so I had trouble sleeping. The sheets were also a bit stiff. We ended up closing the a/c because of the noise.

We came a little late and there was no room, but we went to the sun room which was very nice I don’t have anything bad to say.
