Cannery Lofts Niagara

This place is beautiful, new and super clean! Absolutely love the decor, very stylish! It has gorgeous tile in the bathroom shower and in the kitchenette. So much more spacious than a hotel room. The beds were very comfy, we slept great, and I’m very picky about my mattress. The Tv was nice and big too. Also, everyone that worked there was so friendly and nice, even the woman that was cleaning the rooms, super friendly and helpful! We loved this place and will definitely stay here when we come back to Niagara Falls. Also, the location is perfect! You walk only 4 minutes and you are right on the main drag of all the restaurants and fun. You walk a little farther and the Falls are right there! Location is perfect because you are not where the noise is so you can get good sleep. Great new place!

The rooms were HUGE and very tastefully furnished. The sofabed was comfortable, even the mattress. The king bed was wonderful. Staff was pleasant and helpful with room requests, not very knowledgeable about recommendations for restaurants in the area

The LG Wi-Fi TV was confusing and frustrating to operate. Even though staff did solve the connectivity issue by contacting an IT specialist, that should not have been necessary. WiFi was unreliable. The hotel is still being finished, so maybe when there are decorations/tapestries on the walls, that will help with the sound problem. The guests next door to us were having VERY loud sex around 5pm, and even though I was happy for them, we could hear quite clearly through the walls so it was kind of embarrassing for my teenage daughter.😁

Many good things to list where do I start, here is a few.. great price for what we got for sure.. super clean suites, with nice high ceilings, full kitchens with mostly everything you need & expect, big washrooms with all toiletries, 4 large pillows & king bed, giant T.V. , everything in room worked properly & everything is basically brand new top to bottom, no carpet which we loved.. cant beat location, close to most attractions & everything in between including the Falls.. Clifton Hill.. Casinos.. we did it all on foot using a few short cuts we found which you cant really see on Google maps lol :) but at same time tucked away just enough from all the noise-people-commotion, felt really safe all the time, the staff including the manager were all very friendly, helpful & very respectful which I believe to be very important for the guests at any type of establishment . My wife Sonia & I just stayed for 4 knights without any incidents & we will stay at this hotel again in the future no doubt about it, it was a great experience... 4.9 out of five stars because nothing is perfect & 2 of the 4 large pillows could've been-needed to be a little firmer lol:) (trick we used> fold pillow then put back into pillow case).. plus I never give full marks there's always room for improvement.. If you are on the fence on this hotel take my advice & BOOK IT! Thank me later :)

Very friendly staff. Very clean room and facility in general. Good and quiet location. Well lit parking lot.

Price given on Booking.com was not confirmed in reservation confirmation email/message and was higher upon checking in. It was not clearly stated that the studio/room we reserved does not include daily cleaning. When we asked the staff, they stated that cleaning is not included! We had to ask the staff to come and collect the trash. Had to ask for toilet paper as it was used off since no body checked the room for consumed items (including used towels). The facility was in operation but not the amenities/services yet (no vending machines, no laundry, no lobby)!

Excellent location, less than 10 mins walk into Niagara centre and 15 min walk to the falls. The 24/7 reception was very useful, rooms were modern and equipped with all you would need. TV had Netflix and YouTube which was a bonus and staff were really friendly. The bed was incredible, one of the best nights sleep I’ve had. Definitely one of the best places I found to stay in Niagara.

Was charged 20 CAD for parking and taxes etc in addition to my room price, so ended up paying more than I had booked for on booking.com when checking out. Highly advise taking this into consideration when booking, as the final price will have several add-ons. Also would have been useful to have shower gel provided, and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were almost empty.

The Cannery Lofts Niagara were very Nice. Lots of space. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect location. Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend.

My only complaint would be being charged for a daily parking fee. Your close enough to the action, you can just walk yet you’re charged a daily parking fee, same amount as trying to find parking down in the craziness. If I am paying to stay at your facility, I shouldn’t have to pay for parking. 

We liked absolutely everything at this place. First, the staff were super nice and helpful. The proximity to all attractions is amazing while it is very quite. It was nice to come after morning activities to rest and to get ready for the afternoon. The rooms are so nicely appointed where you can relax and enjoy that we decided to extend our stay here. It is new, clean, modern, and spacious. We will definitely be back.

We loved everything.

New hotel, great location! Loved the 3 bedroom apartment,spacious and modern. Staff responds quickly and efficiently to any requests. Overall happy with the stay and would recommend.

When we checked in we inspected the bedding and it appeared to either not cleaned thoroughly or forgotten to be changed, but the staff promptly brought us a change of fresh sheets for all beds after one phone call to the front desk.

The staff was great, the location is good well within walking distance of all the Niagara attractions and the falls. The building has been completely overhauled and everything is new. We stayed in a two room unit, It had everything you need for a stay. I would recommend a stay and will book again.

Since it was still under construction we had a few little issues. Like the door key cards. The staff made up for it. All in all it was a great stay.

Quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen nicely stocked to allow for basic cooking. Appreciated the hotel being careful about big party groups. Close to falls. Felt like an oasis in middle of the Niagara/Vegas chaos

Parking is 20 dollars a day - but is niagara, so thinking same everywhere. A desk with an office chair would be nice, was hard to work on some emails on a barstool. But these are small things.
