The room we got was good for 3 people for a short stay. It had a kitchen space which was small but had all accessories needed. Bathroom was small but we found it clean and loaded with clean supplies, towels etc. It was not luxurious clean but acceptable for us. We bought our own toiletries since we don't use it from hotels so someone looking for good toiletries may be disappointed. Bed was comfortable for 2 people, bed sheets were clean and they provided us with extra sheets and pillows. I don't found couch very clean, we found some hair strands on it. We are not picky about small things so we used extra sheets and made it comfortable and clean for us. I loved the buffet breakfast. No halal options but good veg and cheese omelets, muffins, bagels, cereals to meet your needs. Staff were friendly and accommodated my needs that I asked for while booking this hotel. The cost provided free buffet breakfast, free parking, and quiet convenient location. What else you need!

Couch could be clean better. supply of good quality toiletries could be an added benefit within the cost provided.

You get a small app with everything needed including pans and glass storage boxes for the fridge. Washing and drying machines are available at any time on the ground floor. There’s a small gym and a pool. The breakfast is simple, but you have it and no need to worry about it in the morning.

We liked everything

Plenty of parking available. Staff were friendly and welcoming. 1 bedroom suite was large and comfy enough for a family of 4. Full kitchen was very handy for preparing and eating meals. There were plenty of electrical outlets for charging all of our phones and laptops. WiFi handled many video streams at once with only a couple of dropouts. Buffet style breakfast was decent, with a few different hot and cold items.

Our room on the top floor was unusually hot for winter time. We tried all the HVAC settings but that didn't help. We were able to open the windows but then we had to deal with a lot of noise from the nearby highway.

I was amazed at how nice the suites were and how completely stalked with everything you needed they had an amazing bbq area for guests to use and a beautiful outdoor seating area with a fire pit! Everything we needed to cook with (pots pans dishes etc.) was fully stalked it exceeded my expectations for sure! The staff were amazingly helpful and very polite and pleasant to deal with. Travelling with a large family (6 of us) is so difficult with trying to stay all together but usually having to rent two separate rooms this was SO much space for all 6 of us. It truly was a home away from home! We will absolutely be returning!

The place was more than we expected. we came for a long visit of few weeks and the room was nice and tidy, each room had his own bathroom in the apartment. The staff kept changing the towles and cleaning steady during our stay. The reception is always open which is a big plus! also the breakfast was nice and satisfying for us (no big fancy buffet but a good choice of foods). We wnjoyed to use the gym and swimming pool and the self washing service was very helpfull. In general, Staff was nice and welcoming and we will definitely consider to return in the future

The location is not so easy to reach by public transport so if you depend on it better check well. When we rented a car it was super quick and easy close to highways

The house is clean. They pretended almost everything we need. Better than we expected. And we used the business center so convenient. If you wanna live more than 1 week with your family choose sonesta is a good idea. We had a good time here and we hope to live here again in the future. They have a home style refrigerator. Don't worry about the kitchen. It is easy to use.

If the breakfast have more choice. That would be perfect. Ps: The yoghurt is great.

Staff, Staff, Staff!! I felt they were looking out for my best interests and were always friendly and polite! The suite accommodated my family of 6 comfortably. I like the shampoo/conditioner/bath gel dispensers in the showers (means I don’t need to pack and cuts down on garbage/recyclables of those personal sized bottles). Thank you!

Not really a ‘dislike’…It was our second time staying here and I felt the breakfasts were not as robust as the first. Having said that, I do recognize I slept in ‘til almost the end this time ;)

The staff were very friendly, the beds were amazingly comfortable. The air conditioning unit was amazing as it was quite hot. The breakfast had take away options which was lovely specially on those lazy days when we woke up late and made a dash for coffee and some food. All in all the pros out weigh the cons and would definitely stay again. Onsite parking is available which was amazing

The breakfast buffet and the area were quite small. And some days there were a crazy amount of people stepping over each other for toast or eggs. Although the food quality was good. There was no daily turn down service but I was informed by the hotel reception that cleaning is done every four days. We stayed for two weeks Just one negative was that when we entered our room there was a stale smell possibly from being locked up in anticipation of our arrival. Air fresheners would be nice just for first impressions.

Value for money, friendly staff, Good Breakfast, Spacious Rooms, Nice facilities like Swimming pool and Office Space to connect to print & scan. Strong Wi-Fi, Near to children's park, Parking is available. Overall a nice place to stay and I would choose to come back in future.

Cleaning is just once a week and this is insufficient for families with small kids. They change the towels and fill supplies every 4th day which should happen atleast every alternate days. They don't have a porter service to help customer with luggage for smooth check in and checkout experience. Both of these aspects should be improved for a better customer experience. Public Bus stop is around 700 meters for regular transits during the day, this is not a problem if you have car.

Easy access to highways, quiet safe neighborhood. Really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel premises and rooms ( clean smell when walked in. ) we stayed in 2bd suite with kitchenette. The rooms were soundproof, the beds & pillows were comfortable. Good quality coffee offered in room (Van Houtte). Fully equipped kitchen, Enjoyed that we had full size fridge and that it made ice.

Check-in at 3pm, Arrived at 5 and room was not ready. Missing a general info booklet in room. Didn’t have a do not disturb sign for room. Being I rented a suite, should have had more on hand in kitchen for example, plastic wrap, large dish towel. Not enough variety for breakfast. Didn’t enjoy the fact that the breakfast counter was all bunched up in one spot, being we still have covid going around maybe someone should have been serving the food, this would have avoided traffic confusion around the breakfast area and some people touching food with their hands esp kids. The ac would go on at odd hours, was good when I went to bed and ended up being hot at night because it would shut off, did not bother checking it out though. A little far from downtown attractions.
