Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Gatineau - Ottawa, an IHG Hotel

Easy check in and out. Emilie was great. She was friendly and helpful with any of our request and inquiries. Hotel was in a good location for the event we needed to go to… the taxis were super accessible. One of the main reasons I booked HI was the FREE BREAKFAST! I did not have to worry about my children’s breakfast.

The only feedback I would say is that the cleaning could be better. When we checked in, we had sweep our room.There were a few dusts and hair on the floor. But overall a great stay. Would book here again 👌🏼

The location is convenient, close to main roads and amenities. There was ample parking on the premises. The breakfast was included which was a big bonus and the breakfast area was very well organized and clean. The breakfast staff were very nice and kept the food well stocked. The breakfast options were great.

The beds were too soft. Wish there was more fruit and veggie options for breakfast.

Customer service (from the desk named Emily) for the second time I encountered her she is amazing and very easy to talk too and she is amazing.

Breakfast is always missing a pancake machine always broken and no juice available today??? The last visit was the same thing last July 2023.

The facility is well maintained. Our room was amazing. I love the large window with the double blind for privacy and darkening. The spacious room was well thought out for our stay from higher ceilings, coat hooks, the desk light that dims down to the hardwood floor and large bathroom with a walk in shower. Well done. The breakfast was perfect and the staff hostess was friendly and well trained regarding safety measures related to covid. I would highly recommend

Convenient location. Several restaurants close by and within walking distance. Hot breakfast options yogurt, juice and fruit. This is my second time staying at this location and I would definitely stay here again.

the room is very clean, love the bench in the room. the breakfast is good and the dinning room is spacious. water for batching is perfect

not convenient for public transportation but if you have a car it is ok

Breakfast was excellent! Great healthy variety. Excellent coffee machine and they kept restocking! The room was perfect! I loved that the showers had dove dispensers and that I didn’t have a tiny bottle of soap to share for a whole family! It was so clean and beautiful.

the romm maid is tricky, if you do not tell recpetion , they will not clean your room. after 4 nights without cleaning, we asked reception and just after that the celan the room

Ac leaked on the floor. Pool is old, paint chips and water is too cold. The bed is comfortable, but it's noisy when moving
