Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Centre-Ville

Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet. We loved the fruit platter at breakfast. Perfect location to access all areas of Montreal. The pool area was lovely and relaxing.

On arrival, we were not offered an upgrade. There was no view- just a ventilation unit. Although, not having windows on the street side probably made it quieter.

Our room was excellent, though could use more lighting. Daniel at the front desk was very helpful with our room and local tourist information. He also assisted me with iPhone problem. Dining room experience was wonderful thanks to waitress/bartender Theadora. Both employees are a credit to the Hilton Corporation. We had breakfast twice and dinner 3 nights in the Hilton dining room. We found all front desk personnel very helpful.

Our 8th floor room was spacious and had a great view, but could use more lighting. While we don't take advantage of Housekeeping, they left us a note that they would be available. So that is a plus not a minus.

I went there NOT for work actually, but for sorting out, moving my things out of CANADA into the U.S.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT, FANTASTIC!!! I AM A VERY PICKY PERSON, NONETHELESS. AND I MAY SEE THINGS DIFFERENT AND FURTHER... The bathroom was very clean but it sought to me very used in the past, logically, and I felt somehow even though very clean and awesome service for cleaners, to be not a good bathroom. Out of 10, I'd give a 7 to the infrastructure, bathroom. I understand It is also a hotel and not the first tenant on this room. I am very picky. FOR MANY THIS MAY BE A PERFECT BATHROOM, BUT FOR ME.... I'D LIKE A LESS STICKY BATHROOM FLOOR THOUGH!!!!

This property exceeded expectations. The staff upon arrival were friendly and welcoming. The room was huge and pristine. The cleanliness was above and beyond. One of cleanest properties we have been to. Great cleaning staff should be recognized for their hard work! The pool/fitness area was fantastic and was used during our stay.

Truly the only thing about our suite we were not happy about was lighting. There is no overhead lighting and the lights are spread out so it always had dim lighting. Only thing we would change.

Great location

Hotel staff lied about having umbrellas for the guest. I saw one of the hotel staff give another guess in umbrella on a rainy day. I followed up behind that guest and I also asked to borrow and umbrella that particular stuff. Member told me they do not have umbrellas for guests that that was a personal loan. Later, I've learned that they do have umbrellas that are loaned out to the gas. At request when I learn this I was very disappointed that they chose to tell me that information instead of being upfront with me. That experience did make a difference on whether I will stay at that particular facility again and I will not be back.

The staff was really nice and answered all our questions easily. We were in Downtown Montreal so it was perfect for us.

I wish the parking lot would have been free. In a place like Montreal where it is already hard to find a parking spot that matches the time you’re spending in the city. The parking lot should be free for clients of the Hotel. When I booked, I didn’t find any information about the parking but I saw that you had one on Booking. I was really surprised by the price too! $40 for one night?! I really liked the hotel but I might consider another one only for that reason.

The room, cleanness, and check-in were perfect. The location is excellent and has a lot of restaurants and boutiques near.

I was disappointed because I had an operation on Monday in Montreal, and I booked this hotel because it was near the clinic where I was getting my surgery and because there was a restaurant on site. When we got there, the staff told us the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner on both days. We were furious; the hotel should have notified us regarding having the restaurant close. I wouldn't have rented there if I would of know. I would have rented a different hotel.

Location excellent for Jazz Festival...walking distance. Room was comfortable size...not too small. Having a microwave and refrigerator was great! Good lighting, Ate at the restaurant once...very good lunch.

Waste baskets could have been larger as well as the soap. (Or provide more small soaps!) I had to ask for more soap and coffee pods from the front desk. The brochure, with our key, said restaurant closes at a different time than the sign in front of the restaurant. Arrived to have lunch and they were closing.

Central location of the hotel is excellent to start exploration of Montreal.

There is a microwave in the room but no plates or so. There was coffee express machine but no kettle to get some hot water for tea. The same with mugs. I guess that you should afford to put something more than just paper cups. In the hallway there is an ice machine, guessing for preparing a drink? but again no glasses in the room. Something is missing in here, right?...
