Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Québec - Beauport

The breakfast was good with a good variety of options I always enjoy the waffle maker. A high top table was available which was perfect for my friend who cannot raise himself up from a low stool. The staff in the breakfast area were also very friendly, helpful and kept the food items replenished and tables cleaned as needed.

The location was out of the way for us as we had to cross the St Lawrence which had terrible traffic and then drive a few more kilometres and we had to get back to hwy 40 in the morning. There was on other option that to go back the way we came through terrible traffic and across the river again. It added extra time to our long journey to PEI. This was really our own fault for not planning the trip better.

This hotel was super nice!! one of the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed. I loved every minute there. breakfast so nice wonderful room pretty silent, so you can sleep so well. People who works cooking breakfast are so nice and gentle

everything was excellent, just it was not shampoo in the bathroom. But I had mine so I used it. A kid puke 🤮 in the pool so it was not possible to use it. People from the front desk are so silent they don’t speak to much. come on you can be more gentle.

Very good breakfast and very friendly staff. Very bright hallways and elevators. Very clean. Very quiet.

the lighting in the room was very poor. two chairs would be much better. there should be extra toilet paper and klinex in the bathroom without having to ask for it . a better quality paper would also be needed. the duvets are too heavy and therefore very uncomfortable.

Hotel is in an ideal location to vist the City and surrounding areas, it is clean with a very good breakfast, some of the staff on Reception were a bit unfriendly, the guy who was on duty when we checked in 21 May pm was lovely and aswered our questions in a helpful, friendly manner, the rooms are large and light, there are supermarkets and eateries nearby.

This property is brand new and is super clean , the staff works really hard to make your stay enjoyable . The rooms are a great size and sound proof. The location is more of a residential area so its quiet and has many big box stores and malls near by and old quebec is is about 20 minutes by car .A great breakfast is served everyday and the parking is free .I highly recommend this hotel and will be back 👌

The hotel is located close to a lot of amenities. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are very clean and this is very nice to have an indoor pool and gym. There is also the possibility of getting a studio suite which is very spacious.

You need to pay extra to have a view on the city

The room and all facilities were excellent. Coffee and tea was prepared all day - loved it! There were shops and shopping places nearby, we didn't need anything but good to know. I like the texting system with the staff, it was convenient and quick and clear. Breakfast was good and sufficient. Due to Covid19, buffet was not allowed, but the staff were very helpful. Despite of many guests, the room was very quiet, and the elevator was quick and never crowded. Location was also good for us but might be a bit far if you need to go to the Old city. Even so, it's a short drive.

The safe in the room had been left locked by the previous guests, so it was a bit inconvenient for us. We informed the front desk but was told that it had to be the next morning to fix it. So we didn't bother. I'd like to suggest that the maid check it when making the room. Also, the ice machine was empty!

Breakfast wasn’t good even by Hampton Inn standards (hot food wasn’t heated through, waffle batter watered down so it didn’t cook properly on the waffle iron), ran out of plates so we had to use styrofoam boxes, the coffee was watered down all 3 days. And the pool is a little small.

Nice calm location, good breakfast, comfortable beds, swimming pool and free EV charging for Tesla. Walmart is nearby. Highly recommend to stay here if you are visiting Quebec City.

There is no microwave in the room. We got to go to the lobby to use it.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choices. Waffles were delicious. Cafe had coffee all day, fresh and hot. We both through the items available were fresh and well presented.

We wished we were a little closer to Old Quebec. The drive was only about 20 minutes but the parking was hard to find.
