Littoral - Hôtel & Spa

The hotel was clean for the most part. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room was small but cozy. Really liked having the TV in front of the bed. Good for staying in on raining days and watching movies in bed.

There was a foul smell every time we opened the door to our hotel room, like someone had just taken a #2 in the washroom. We tried closing the washroom door, and it helped a bit. I also didn't appreciate that we didn't get our sheets changed on Thursday like we asked. We stayed there for a week & wanted new sheets for the last 3 days of our stay.

Staff was super friendly. Fell in love with how cozy the reception is.it makes you feel instantly at home. Rooms are modern with a touch of class in it. Super clean as well!! Bedmatttress is firm, pillows are super comfy. Bathroom was super clean, clean towels of different sizes plus warm water for a nice shower at the end of your day. Hairdryer looks tiny but it actually did the job! Took its name to buy a similar one for my place lol. All in all we loved our stay and can't wait to be back.

The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. Too sweet and there's no other option. They didn't take into consideration people who can't have sugar. We're used to places with an open buffet and variety of choices for breakfast.

Highly recommended. Clean room, comfortable, great customer services at the reception, fridge and microwave available, free parking space, etc. Nice location: 10 min, drive from downtown and 10 min drive to Île d'Orléans.

Missing sheer courtain so we could not open the main courtain in the mornings (we were at 1st floor) so less intimate. Not 100% isolated : Easy to hear external noises (cars from the highway and from the parking) and internal (people walking on the corridor and the room above us). Nothing major. I still strongly recommend it

Nice place, affordable and comfy. Quick drive to old Quebec. Your seconds from the highway.

The door of the room we stayed in was made of frosted glass. Which didn’t really feel fully safe as in someone could break the glass and open our door. Although it’s an unlikely scenario. Piece of mind while staying in your room is important so that door should be changed to a solid door. Other than that, loved the stay, would do it again still.

It was very clean. The room had been recently redone. Good location for us. Reception staff were friendly. Had a coffee maker, small fridge and microwave in the room.

No room cleaning. We were there 4 days and if we needed anything including supplies or clean glasses had to go to reception. Had to leave towels in a bag outside the room if we wanted them changed. Also had to empty our own garbage. 🙁

Easy off the 440 in a quaint neighbourhood with a good view of Quebec City.

Great location and include parking. You are 10 min from the Old part of Quebec, and 5 minutes from the Ile d'Orléans and close to Chute Montmorency and Notre-Dame de Beaupré. Rooms are big and have a fridge, kettle, Keurig machine and microwave. You can do laundry since they have laundry machines.

They are still in Covid mode so they don't clean the room yet. You can get new towels though if you ask.

Service is good, staff is friendly, the room is very spacious and clean. We have stayed here for on three separate occasions and have been very happy with the facilities. We like the location, close to the bike path and Quebec City.

Outdoor seating area could use some attention, it looks neglected.

I make a note that I have a kid but when we come there were no bed for her and we have to wait until it came while we were very tired but still the reception was very cooperative The beds was really clean but the mattress was very firm and not really comfortable The most strange thing is the elevator this is strangest elevator I saw in my life you need to keep pressing the bottom all the time

Very comfortable and clean. Check in staff offer a warm welcome and are very helpful. It is also right next to the greenway you can easily bike into the city. You can walk too but it's 1.5 hours.
