Mattresses and pillows were very comfy ( they exceeded my expectations)

Staff was not helpful at all, they didn't even know about directions or most common touristic places in the city. They were really disconnected, not empathetic, and not happy to be at the front desk. Complimentary coffee offered in the room was disgusting ( motel level or less) for the price a room is charged which is not cheap, I thought maybe they could offer better quality of coffee, or maybe have a coffee pot at the reception/front desk.

Great location - Close to bars/restaurants & the buses. Clean. Very Modern! Quiet. We were on the main floor next to the busy road and didn’t hear traffic. Also did not hear neighbours. I seen past reviews about there being no mini fridge or hair dryer - this hotel does have these things. I love how they take client suggestions :)

I did have trouble figuring out how to turn on the shower but figured it out afterward :) It’s a great hotel! Nothing noteworthy to complain about

Reception was very friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate us to check in early in one of the 2 rooms. Room was clean and spacious though the bed was a bit on the soft side. Great to have wooden floor rather than carpet. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Not enough space to hang or store clothes. Bathroom has no hooks to hang bath towels. The vanity is too small.

The room was comfortable and if good size. the place was clean and the self checking very convenient.

Nothing but I would advise to instal a more recent tv in the room. It was the only place without a smart tv among the places we stayed at within Quebec. you don’t travel to watch tv but after a long day visiting it is a nice plus.

Super convenient location in Saint-Roch. Paid public parking (Rue du Parvis) was only 50m away (weekend $8/24hrs, weekday $14/night), and St. Joseph pedestrian street also only 50m away. Easy to walk to lower old town (Petit Champlain), St-Jean, and even upper old town (Chateau Frontenac). Also easy access to highways for Ile D'Orleans or Ste-Anne-de-Beaupre. Check-in was automatic, and email had details for key codes (building & room). Shower was very big, bright and clean. TV was new & large with good selection on Videotron HD cable TV. Room had decent amount of storage, shelves, etc. Also provided glasses, wine glasses, mugs, and coffee maker (although too big, for 12 cups!).

Bed was a bit too hard, but mostly personal preference. Definitely need more furniture in the room, only a single chair and a hard bench. Suggest to add: refrigerator, a small table, and a couch or another chair. Bathroom needs hooks to hang towels.

black hallways. very disorienting. and cannot shut the bedside lights without getting out of bed!

Excellent location on Charest Avenue. Good restaurants nearby. A short walk to train station. A good value.

A lamp by the desk would have been great. No housekeeping for a 5 day 4 night stay. No breakfast offered.

it is more like a loft apartment where you stay on your own, and you can enter and exit on your own without assistance from anyone

from midnight to 9 AM there is no one at the front desk. sometimes Customer Service can be hard to reach, but you can always call them.

Good acoustic isolation from traffic noise given the location at a busy street. Walking distance to city centre (20 to 30 min). Bus line 80 serving the Airport just at nearby stop. Arrival/check in possible beyond reception desk hours (check in information through email on day of arrival).

The room and the toilet are exactly same as the photo, very spacious room, clean and comfortable stay

If there could be a power outlet next to the night stand, it would be perfect. There’s not much lighting at room
