Great location , lovely setting near the forest and beach

Was a shame that many of the guests felt it necessary to go down to the pool and beach to reserve beds ( even though there were signs saying not to ) Think staff could do more to stop this practice

On the first day we had an issue with the girls in wellness area. But after a complain to the reception the hotel manager (Tamara) called me for a meeting to find out what the problem was. She handled the issue very professionally and the rest of our time we had a very nice stay at the hotel. The hotel is located very good, close to the beach with walking distance to the down town. Staff are very nice. Specially the girls that are seating at the information desk (CG-girls). they are very helpful.

There are not so many 4-persons room. We could not get a room for 4 people even we had made the reservation for many month earlier.

Great location, amazing walk to the town alongside the sea. Rovinj is one of the cutest towns I have seen. Breakfast was great. Dinner was also ok but we preferred breakfast.

As a great coffee lover, I would say that coffee machines did not meet my expectations. During the dinner, you are expected to pay or sign the receipt for your drinks immediately. I don’t think this is neccesary for this type of the hotel and its guests. It’s just a bit annoying that while you are eating you have to stop and pay while the waiter is standing next to you. I think the hotel needs to think of a better system on how to request payments for drinks. (Perhaps after the dinner rather than during the dinner) However, this was just a minor thing. We have greatly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to everyone.

Lovely pool area. Beds nicely spaced out and good sun shades. Great beach with free sun beds for hotel guests. Yippee. Lovely swimming here. Breakfast plentiful but they sure do stick hard and fast to the 10.30am finish rule. Pool restaurant - tasty and fairly priced (except soft drinks!) Good location - 20 min flat stroll to the centre. Best of all. The trees. Truly wonderful landscape around the hotel and bay.

Considering the price we felt Eden falls a bit short on ambiance overall: - Rooms smart and clean but a bit lacklustre. - Lobby bar - the only bar - very dour. Especially on a wet and windy day with nowhere else to go. - No free water in the rooms. This really irritated us given the room price. And the passive aggressive young lady on reception really took exception at my annoyance st being charged!

The accommodation is in an excellent location, about a 15-minute walk from the center, but close to hotel complexes and beautiful bays and beaches (only 3 minutes from the hotel). The accommodation has a pool complex, and there is also a bar on the beach. The nearby beach is well-maintained, and sun loungers/umbrellas are free for hotel guests. The hotel has an older structure but has been recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is decent with a variety of food options. Parking is available near the hotel and well-organized for hotel guests. There might be a bit of a crowd at the reception, so it's good to do online check-in. All in all, a decent hotel.

If the property is going to have a rule that you cannot place towels or belongings on loungers so as to book them early in the morning, but only arrive later or even after lunch in some cases that I saw, then they need to enforce it. Many people did this selfish practice and I saw many people upset that they could not get a lounger whilst many loungers were left unused but had a towel on them. This chases people away from your hotel and I saw a number of very upset guests as a result. Photo attached shows a classic example. These people had put stuff on the loungers before 9am and only showed up after midday!

General concept of the hotel is very good, with all the outdoor activities. Breakfast excellent, rooms clean, service very good as well. This was our second time and we will definitely come again.

Improvement suggested regarding parking - it is not secured, no cameras, no street light in some areas, not physical surveillance/security. This should be improved. Control over outdoor area - external people entering outdoor area easily.

Hotel is situated in wow environment, one with nature. We had half board, food was totally ok with many different options. Pool and sea and sun beds and towels, great service! Great gym! One minus was coffee during breakfast, it totally sucked, it was from coffee dispenser machine. And there was no option anywhere to purchase lactos free cappuccino.

The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t seem to be any communication with Booking. They did not know we had child with us so no bed was made, no towell, no slippers. After contacting reception they arrange for everything. One thing seemed so old fashioned, even though I made reservations and I made clear that I want to be charged for both rooms (my parents were a part of a company) they still put the room in the name of my partner - and he was not mentioned once anywhere. They got his name of his pastport. As women can’t book or pay for them selfs.

It was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of choice of food at breakfast. It's a beautiful walk into the old town. I would highly recommend to others.

It's not really a dislike but cushions on sunbeds would be perfect, even if you had to pay to hire them as I get the cost of cleaning them would be high. More comfy chairs on the balcony. A bigger fridge in the room. All these points are minor and not negatives to put anyone off.

Lovely hotel situated about 20minutes walk from rovinj old town . The hotel is surrounded by beautiful trees and lawned areas .Lovely walks and bike hire available in the forest park The pool area is good and free sun beds/ umbrellas on the gravel beach appreciated. We enjoyed the restaurant. The breakfast was particularly good and a good variety of choices for dinner. Our Bedroom was large and well equipped with a lovely view over the trees toward the Pool.
