Perfect location , cozy rooms! I’m the classy person , that’s why for me this hotel is amazing! The terrace outside is also beautiful. I would love to go back one day! ❤️

a small selection of breakfast, totally for European people who drink coffee with some croissant I recommend you to add some flakes, sausages , for example but anyway , this is not the worst breakfast I’ve had 😅 coffee is yammy!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the pedestrian area of Zagreb. Perfectly located in the heart of the city centre and yet incredibly quiet, as the rooms face an inner courtyard with a beautiful view of the woods going up the hill. The staff were incredibly nice. They gave us lots of useful tips and even reserved a restaurant for us. We had an attic room. A bit uncomfortable due to the slanted roof, but overall very nice. The garage is very close, safe (closed courtyard) and free of charge. Great breakfast in a beautiful room (probably even more beautiful in the summer as you can sit outside). Great value for money.

The carpeted floors definitely need an upgrade.

The hotel is lovely, cozy and classy. it’s in the perfect location to explore the city on foot but away from the bustle of the main drag in a peaceful little oasis. The staff were lovely and made us feel welcome from the start. The hot “English” breakfast was average, but the breads and selection of cheeses, meats and preserves was exceptional! just couldn’t get enough of that fresh bread! The room was comfortable, nicely decorated and spotless. best shower! We loved our stay here - great experience and good value for money. highly recommend!

The grounds and rooms themselves were beautiful and the hotel as a whole was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of European and continental breakfast plus some hot cooked options. The staff were lovely and accomodating and offered us compensation after a room mix-up which meant that my friend and I had to share a bed the first night. We were subsequently moved to a twin room which lead to a much better sleep for both of us. The staff even arranged for a bagged breakfast for us when they found out we were leaving at 5am for a day trip. How thoughtful!

There isn't really anything I can fault! The staff, the rooms and stay were all wonderful. Some of the rooms can be a bit small (our first one with a double bed didn't leave much wiggle room for two separate bags, etc) but this isn't unexpected in an old historical hotel in Europe.

1) Great location. 2) Relatively comfortable room (bed very firm / flat pillows). 3) Very clean. 4) Lovely cafe attached where you can get coffee/drinks. 5) Friendly staff.

1) Room was incredibly hot - even with heating off - we had to open the window. 2) Shower head didnt stay up when in use.....you had to hold it over your head. 3) Safe didn't work despite following instructions - we asked this to be fixed on our first day but this was not followed through by reception. 4) Breakfast was a limited choice and disappointing. Hot food not checked and replenished when running low.

This hotel is tucked away but at the same time in the center of it all. It has all the old world charm you would hope for, but with all the modern conveniences. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast in a beautiful interior courtyard is abundant and delicious. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Excellent stay!

The bathtub in one of our rooms was very high and difficult to get in and out of. If you have mobility issues, make sure you request a room with a shower. (Our second room had a shower, and it was easy to access.) There is no elevator.

Unique style. A haven from the busy city. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. A cosy environment to stay in. Lovely bar too with very friendly bar staff willing to let me try the wines.

It would be great if you could offer some snacks at least at the bar. I was happy to hang out there as it was a calming environment in contrast to the bustling city but there was literally nothing to eat with the drinks. Not even a bag of crisps. I also think your carpets could be cleaned. Or try taking some of them up and exposing the wooden floor with a runner on top that would be easier to clean.

A gem of a hotel in the centre of downtown, in a pedestrianised area of the main street. No traffic except the trams passing through. Very easy to navigate the city and a perfect location. The hotel Night Manager was very chatty and friendly! The staff in general were very friendly. The room and bathroom were very comfortable., clean and fresh. A bit of a welcome surprise was clean towels on everyday of our stay!

The breakfast room was small and very busy. We had to leave and return couple of times before a table was available. Not a problem for us but those with children need to be aware of this. Basic breakfast but good choices and all that was needed, but at busy times there was not much left and no staff to replenish the items.

Receptionist in night shift ( forgot his name) provided exceptional service plus he is funny ,made us laugh a lot, great guy. The rest of the stuff is friendly as well they do their job professionally close to some 5 star hotel's. Location is great. Free parking is a best thing ever. Worth visiting, i will stay there again.

They should invest into new carpets and paint the walls, maybe a breakfast room should be more spacious but it's not that bad. We asked for a one large bed but got 2 beds that they merged, I can understand that there was no rooms with ours requirements but still we would accepted 2 merged beds i just find it rude not to notify us about the situation. Parking should have bigger sign a bit hard to find.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Rooms were clean and as pictured. Great location right next to the funicular!

It wasn’t a problem for me, but just be aware that if you are driving you will not be able to park outside the hotel to unload your suitcases. It is located on a pedestrian street, so the closest place you can park is about 1-2 blocks away. To catch a taxi you have to walk 2 blocks as well.
