I got an upgraded room which was much bigger than what I booked and the bathroom was also nice. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of sweet and savoury options. Most of the staff were kind and were always willing to help, especially the housekeeping staff; they ironed my suit without hesitation.

The night receptionist named Marko was very rude and he questioned my English. I asked him if I could have still water and he said that it’s not called still water but natural mineral water. I told him that that’s a synonym and he denied my statement.

Breakfast is amazing, many things to choose from in the buffet. Location is even better - it's a less than 10 minute walk to the bus station which was amazing for us since we had a bus to catch the next morning. The room was alright, just like in the pictures, very clean and perfect for a good sleep. The staff is very kind, helpful and fast. 10/10, can't wait to stay here again. Oh and the lobby is gorgeous.

Cozy hotel next to the business area of Zagreb. Good amenities and value for money. Decent breakfast and friendly staff.

The pillows were not very comfortable. My room was next to the cleaner's room and I could hear them from early in the morning. You have to keep the water running for a few mins to get it hot enough for a shower.

The hotel has quiet location with easy access from the highway. The room was cozy and clean with comfortable beds. It was little bit cold in the room but the staff fixed it after we have complained. The hotel staff were very friendly and ready to help. Breakfast was tasty with enough variety.

The wifi in our room was weak and unstable.

Great location, and a few mins' walk to the central bus station (and even airport bus). Breakfast is nice, too.

Small congested room and bathroom. The aircon was DOA.

-good size of rooms -good beds, ideal between firm and soft -soundproofed rooms, no sounds from neighbours -good size of the bathroom, quite modern and nice -clean bedsheets, safe for those with respiratory issues (no strong perfumes-and generally in the whole hotel). -breakfast quite good -nice and friendly staff, home-like feel.

-details regarding the maintenance of the facility: sockets near the bed not functional, a lot of switches not doing anything, crack in the shower tub -noises from the hall, poor soundproof of the door. -noisy cleaning staff in the morning -on a personal note-the carpet, extremely practical, I agree, but awful as color and pattern; the reception just hidden behind shelves with vintage things (looks more than an antique store than a hotel lobby).

The place it very trendy, and you will see the interesting decorations on every corner. It's close to the bus station and has a bunch of restaurants around. Uber to the centre is not expensive, if you need to visit some other places of Zagreb. Overall, it was very quiet, the staff is amazingly helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious and if you want a dinner, you can get it there too, but for a separate price.

5 minutes walk from Central Bus Station. Hotel lobby was stylishly decorated. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was clean with steady supply of hot water. Breakfast provides good choices with excellent croissants, fresh fruits and eggs made to order.

Minor improvements suggested: a shelf inside shower stall for holding soap/shampoo, a refrigerator in hotel room, and better coffee provided in breakfast.

I love that the hotel had this "vibe" around it and ongoing theme. The atmosphere in it is really nice. The staff was super friendly and funny all the time. The rooms were super clean, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was great. Location was also super cool, since we could easily access the center of Zagreb in few minutes and even by foot.

My parents are usually very unlucky with hotels, so their room didn't have towels at first, however that was fixed in no time. I also didn't know that we needed to reserve a parking spot/ card, but I might have just missed it in reservation.

Super deco at lobby and restaurant , super breakfast, lots to chose from beautiful outdoor courtyard, friendly staff.

we were placed in a small twin room which seems like still under construction. all over the electricity point with sticky tapes. Door frame is still yet to work on,. hence , we shorten our stay from 3 night to 1 night.
