Very nice residence ! The appartments are very well equiped, with very good clims in the bedrooms. The tropical garden is fantastic. But mostly, the swiming pool is simply great, long enough to really swim in it. And for some obscure reason, there is not so much people around ! The staff is very nice and helpful. The residence is located just between the beginning of the town (Las Terranas) and one very beautiful beach (Playa Bonita). You'll have to walk or, like anybody else there, rent a vehicle. In short, the price/value is simply excellent !
In the residence itself, no bar or restaurant since Covid. You will need to do the groceries. Las Terranas is very large, all in lenght, so no matter where you stay, you will need to take long walks or rent a vehicle (quad, car). Moto-taxis are everywhere and cheap. Car taxis are scarce and expensive and, as opposed to Santo Domingo, Uber is not in use there.

The hotel was beautiful, very well maintained and in a great location a short walk to beautiful Playa Bonita. The staff were super friendly and very quick to help when needed. The hotel was very quiet and the air conditioning worked very well. We were even upgraded to a nicer room at no charge since the hotel was not full. Great value for the money and I would definitely stay there again!

the tropical garden full of palms. the pool was like a lagoon. the crickets at night . tranquility. staff went out of their way. the kitchen to cook . the bathroom was luxurious. the terrace was luxurious and my unit overlooked below. dry and clean. air con was great. stone paths within the community were rustic and unique . well done
a bar would be nice but it was closed due to covid
