The route was very dark and badly lit from airport to hotel for someone walking alone. Also i didnt get good directions from airport to hotel. They should just say it is next to the Radisson I would also like a map to be available to show where aerobus to station is. I had to contact booking.com to get my PIN number to get the key, as it was not sent by email as promised by hotel.

Overnight stay before flight out early morning. Location ideal, only approximately 10 minute walk with wheeled cases to airport terminal. Room was basic, clean but comfortable. Staff helpful. Location is close to tram route so were able to visit central Toulouse easily. Used navette (bus shuttle) from Train station to airport to get there originally.

Maybe slightly difficult to find but Ok with Google Maps.

Under cover route all the way to the room as it was raining.

Location close to the Airport and the tramway line. Comfy bed. Helpful staff.

Not an international breakfast . But it's just a remark , and a good point in the end , cause you don't pay expensive breakfast for something you don't need. It is not an appart-hotel anymore . There are no personal fridge or mini kitchen in the rooms.

It was a very generous space, clean room and a comfortable bed. The only issue was the plug to the bath didnt work, so I made one using a plastic cup! The staff were very friendly and professional, so I highly recommend this hotel. Other than that I was very pleased. Thank you.

The plug system in the bath did not work and the water was not very warm in the evening. The water was very hot in the morning though. It was a ground level room, so I felt a little vunrable, as I was travelling alone, however the door and windows were very secure, so that gave me comfort. Overall I am very pleased.

We had had a nightmare of a trip due to multiple unforeseen circumstances and then proceeded to miss our flight ! This hotel was easy to book quickly to house us for the night. The hotel room was very clean, the beds were comfy, staff at the front desk were helpful, nice and close to the airport. 4mins walk to the airport not even that if you ignore the map and use your brain !

We’re a little disappointed that the restaurant next door was closed but luckily Uber came to the rescue.

I had early check out so unfortunately didn't have breakfast. I found the cleanliness and comfort of the room exceptional. It suited my needs perfectly as I needed a convenient hotel just for proximity to the airport. However I would recommend this hotel for longer stays without hesitation

This is located in walking distance (10 min) from the airport and it has a bistro literary in the same yard. The room seemed to be recently renovated, but maybe not all facilities are yet in place.

The towels were freshly washed but they were not clean. The room need at least one extra plug near the desk.

Excellent value for money and location. Very clean room, more like a motel unit with its own entrance than a hotel room. As mentioned above, the daytime manager was great and the breakfast he brought to the room very good for the overall price.

The receptionist when we checked in at midnight was grumpy and unwelcoming to say the least. Reminded me of French 'service industry' workers of more than thirty years ago - no sense of making the customer feel valued. Luckily this 'type antipathique' was more than compensated for by the daytime manager next morning.

Well situated for the airport (We had a car but it would be in walking distance). Comfortable and clean and a breakfast available (which is prepared to order and you collect and take it to your room. (Covid measures have closed the breakfast room, so this alternative was most welcome). Very similar price to a nearby major ‘budget chain’ hotel / motel but much better value !
