Zenitude Hôtel Résidences Toulouse Aéroport

We had a family room which slept 6 and it was more like an apartment, spotlessly clean and very spacious also! it also had a balcony, small kitchen and lots of fresh towels. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great value on tea/coffee and juice at reception as we had to wait there after check out due to our rental car not being ready. Kids were delighted with games and jigsaw to help pass the time!

The pool was very cold so the children did not enjoy it. Breakfast was a little expensive for children. Everything else was great and it is lovely and close to the airport, perfect for late flights or if you had to leave early for a flight.

Room was big and clean. Bed was very confortable and there was no noise in apartment, very peaceful to sleep. In bathroom was both shower and bathtub. Kitchen was having all the necessary things you need for a short stay. There was big and free parking place beside the hotel. Staff was nice.

We had some problems when arrived to hotel. First room was not cleaned and we got a clean room but airconditioning was not working. We got 2 fans and then we were moved to third room.There airconditioning was luckily working but not so effectively than in the first one. Staff was helpful to solve these things. Toilet was in separate room than shower and bath.

Excellent apartment and convenient location. Great staff! The only downside was that in top of the fee I was asked to pay on arrival 200 Euros deposit for the apparment. This was one week later returned however people must be made aware to have this extra amount prepared. Otherwise, great service !

Being asked to pay a high deposit for the apparment on the day of arrival as I was not aware of this. The time taken to be returned too.

Surprised that my room had a kitchen attached. dish washer, fridge, small hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. Sofa was also a sofa bed.

Very hot. turned on air conditioning and it didn't put out cold air, acted more like a fan. Tired to open the windows as the little info postit notes suggested but the road noise was too much plus it was hot outside.

1. The reception and service staffs are very nice. 2. the space of the room is very big 3. The wifi is useful 4. Staff is handsome

It’s convenient for the airport (5-10 mins in the car), it’s spacious, a nice pool and bar area. Drinks were a reasonable price

There was a very bright light outside out window (car park floodlight). There were no black out curtains so it was difficult to get the room dark.

The pool was great and there was also a sauna and a steam room. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast provided a lot of choices. There were two restaurants within walking distance.

We requested a "cot" for a 7 year old, but all they had was a baby bed. I don't think they have an airport shuttle, which would be helpful.

Hotel, friendly staff, room, breakfast. Cleanliness v good.

Nothing actually disliked, bit further from airport to walk than I'd thought....but that was my fault for not checking! It didn't make any difference to our stay. Thank you!

Rooms were comfortable, cooking facilities were excellent, staff was very helpful and breakfast was OK.

The apartments were a bit small and there was not much space to keep and open one's suitcases.

We really enjoyed our stay.. We like the location..just a few minutes from the airport.. Swimming pool was great .. Very nice breakfast .. Very helpful and friendly staff in the reception desk .. Very clean , quite and comfortable apartment..
