ibis Toulouse Aeroport

Everything we needed for a convenient airport hotel stay. The staff were helpful, the room was quiet and comfortable, and the restaurant even had a couple of veggie options. About a 20 minute walk from the airport, or a reasonable €6 for a shuttle. We paid to leave our car there for our two week holiday - very convenient.

The shuttle we reserved was overbooked and we had to wait until the driver came back for a second trip (only a 15 minute delay - no big deal), which he was very apologetic about, even though it wasn't his fault at all. (We also learned that the driver also has to manages breakfast much of the time - so a pretty overworked team yet professional and friendly throughout)

The staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was really good, a large choice and all delicious. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a nights stay. The room was a good temperature and we could open the window for fresh air. We were on the ground floor but we felt safe and secure. The hotel shuttle service to the airport was hugely useful in the morning, meaning we didn’t have to book an expensive taxi.

The room was very small for two people. We had a large piece of luggage with us and we could barely fit it in the room. The hotel and room decoration was a bit dated and strangely colourful, not a problem really but could do with a refresh!

Nice place, friendly helpful staff. Toulouse sausages in the restaurant were delicious. Didn't want the full breakfast, so good that we could just get a coffee and croissant. Lovely to be able to sit outside on arrival.

Not the easiest place to get to on foot from the airport. A bit of signage from the airport might have helped?

It’s cleanliness, close proximity of reception, the bar and the restaurant, the quality of the to and the comfort of the bed.

A tad difficult to secure a cab due to it l being so close to the airport. Nothing else though as everything else was excellent.

It is a well located and pleasant airport hotel for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The check in and check out is rapid and efficient. Excellent value for money.

Not much to object to for a one night stay to catch an early flight. If staying for more than one night the limited facilities may be a little tedious, but this is not a hotel for a long stay, or to hang around in.

the hotel is very close from blagnac airport, less than 10 minutes by car. very comfortable if you need place to transit and if your next flight is very early in the morning. the staff are kind and helpful.

the room is very minimalist. they don’t give amenities, no mineral water in room, no electric water jug. basically it is like Ibis Budget even though the name is Ibis, but don’t expect normal Ibis Hotel.

Comfortable hotel, no frills but adequate. Good breakfast served from 4.00 am. Very convenient for the airport with a very reasonably priced shuttle service.

Decor etc was acceptable, but probably needs a refurb in the near future

Fine for a one night stay before and early flight, with free parking.

One reason that we stayed was because it had a restaurant. This was closed. There was a pizza option but only until 20.00hrs so pretty limited, we had to go out to eat.

It was so close to the airport, I walked over.

I walked over, and got confused because of the huge gate and large hedge!! It was funny, and added about 15 minutes to my walk.

Ideal location for early morning flight next day. Good restaurant, reasonable prices. Friendly helpful staff.
